Cyberverse really should have let Thunderhowl go just full berserk on Tarn because I just know that he was getting close to losing it completely. Like Tarn:
Betrayed Decieved Them
Asked Shadowstriker to Kill Him And Bee
Pretty Much Put Optimus in a Death Match and held him there.(and we know how loyal he is to Op so this counts)
So I was scrolling through Tumblr as you do, and one of the people I followed posted some WiPs. One of them was Cyberverse Cheetor. And I looked at the wip and noticed something, and got to thinking.
Thunderhowl and Cheetor both have 2 black lines on each side of their faces(circled in red). Thunderhowl's being the thinner lines.
Also if you can't read it cuz of my scrap handwriting:
Both have 2 black lines on the side of their face
Spiritual Meaning or Coincidence?
But why would only 2 of the most prominent beastformers have them?
Cyberverse Optimus is legit just an introverted Dad who adopted 3 Theater Kids with very different types of Theater Kid:A Shakespearean Theater Kid, your typical Heroic Theater Kid, and then the really fancy type of Theater Kid.
Jetfire,Thunderhowl, and Grimlock are all his Theater Kids-
So we know Onyx Prime has two canon subordinates,to put it in a way;Chela and Thunderhowl. Both from different Contunities, but it still counts.
But have you ever thought about them, specifically their Beast Mode, and what it may Symbolize?
Chela is a bird, particularly a Golden One. It could be a Phoenix. It was never confirmed. But normally, assuming Chela is a Phoenix, Phoenixes are associated with The Sun, because in Mythology, the Sun ignites the Nest, and the Phoenix Dies, and then comes back and rises from the Ashes of the Previous Pheonix.
So pheonixes are associated with The Sun, But what about Thunderhowl?
Thunderhowl is a wolf, and in most common media, including Cyberverse, what are wolves seen Howling At? That's right, the Moon. Not only does his Crystal Copy do it in his debut episode, but he also himself howls at the moon in the season finale.
So, from what I gather, Chela And Thunderhowl could be a Representation of the Famous Sun/Moon Parallel, just in a very convoluted way.
It's just hard to know for sure as hasbro probably has no intent of ever exploring these two again
Wait.. If the Cyberverse Bots are older than other counterparts, due to the fact that the Ark crashed during the time the dinosaurs were alive, about 65 million years ago, when in g1, it was 4 million years,
One, that makes Cyberverse Optimus probably the oldest Optimus.
And Two,HOW OLD IS THUNDERHOWL THEN- because we have no clear indication that Op Is 13th, and even then,13th was the Youngest, probably like a teenager,so Thunderhowl was probably older than 13 anyway. But since we don't have that indication,Thunderhowl is probably a LOT Older Than Optimus.
Because we never get or have gotten any confirmation of exactly how Old Thunderhowl is, only that he was imprisoned during the Age of Expansion due to his question about Iaconus.
Thunderhowl kissing someone's (literally anyone you ship him with) Hand, instead of lips.
Think about it. He's English, or at least I think he is. Also, though it's debatable, his armor kind of matches Victorian Knight Armor, especially with how it looks in the Flashback.
The kissing of the hand was common in that era,and probably in England, along with that.
So he would, therefore, definitely kiss someone's hand either
So I was going through my saved videos from Tiktok on my phone. i have a lot of edits and gacha videos saved to use as audios for future edits and/or animatics
And one of them was a "Nobody's Son, Nobody's Daughter" audio.
And I just got a sorta sad idea to use.
Smokescreen/Alpha Trion and Thunderhowl/Onyx Prime.
Like "Nobody's Son" is Smokescreen w/ alpha trion faintly behind him, and "Nobody's Daughter" is The Same, But Thunderhowl and Onyx Prime. Even Better if it's my Fan Contunity.
