Meet-up in London? ❤ 🐍😊
Hiya! :) So I am arriving to London tomorrow evening (25 July) and I'm thinking we could do a meetup on 26th during the day and tour together filming locations of S1 connected to AC? :)❤
Discord to discuss this :)
Meeting place: Tavistock Square :) (map)
Meeting time: 11 am July 26 :)
Plan: (feel free to use even if you don't want to meet up :)): We would meet at Tavistock Square and then made a few stops in the center where some AC scenes were filmed. We could have a walk on foot to some places if there's nice weather? Lunch somewhere on the way. No idea how long this will take us but I would like to be at 16 at the cinema to be sure to get in :).
1) AC in Berkeley Square - Tavistock Square - Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9EU, UK
Google maps link
Closest Underground Station: Euston Station
The scene in Episode 6 with Aziraphale and Crowley was filmed in Tavistock Square.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think here we could regroup, so some photos and slowly head way to number 2, number 2 open at 12 but it would be nice to have some time to spare if anyone was running late <3 (tell us tho).
2) AC reuniting - The Enterprise pub - 38 Red Lion Street, Holborn, London, WC1R 4PN, UK
Google maps link
Closest Underground Station: Holborn
The pub where Crowley is getting drunk in Episode 5 and is reunited with Aziraphale. If the Google opening hours are right they should open at 12.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
3) "We had crêpes!" - Duke of York Monument, Carlton Gardens, St. James's, London SW1Y 5AH, UK
Google maps link
Closest Underground Station: Piccadilly Circus
The stars on which Aziraphale and Crowley leave the park in Episode 1, Crowley tempts Aziraphale to lunch and they speed away are filmed at the Carlton House Terrace Street.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
4) AC meeting place at St James's Park - St James's Park London SW1A 2BJ, UK
Google maps link
Closest Underground Station: Piccadilly Circus
Aziraphale and Crowley's meeting place at St James's park that we can see in Episodes 1,3,6 :).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
4) Bandstand Breakup - Battersea Park London SW11 4NJ, UK
Google maps link
Closest Underground Station: Battersea Power Station
The AC breakup in Episode 3 :'(. And not far from there Aziraphale and Gabriel talk in Episode 4.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
6) Entrance to Hell and Heaven - Broadgate Tower - 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AB UK
Google maps link
Closest Underground Station: Liverpool Street
The entrance to Heaven and Hell in Episode was filmed in the ground floor of the Broadgate Tower. Internet says it is open 24.hours.

The SlayStation Master Ball
Tumblr media
"SlayStation turns one and in that time has amassed a cult following, going viral on TikTok multiple times, highlighting the importance of niche safe spaces for nerds - Velvet Caveat, SlayStation founder
My TikTok on the night currently has 963.8K views 😵
I used to run a video game themed burlesque event called Show me your moves! back in 2016 and it fills me with great joy to celebrate Velvet spearheading London's queer video game drag and cabaret scene with SlayStation. January 21st will be Velvet's biggest show to date with headlining acts Kim Chi from season 8 and Dakota Schiffer from the latest UK Drag Race! Co-hosted by the legendary Drag King Loose Willis, performances from Miss Terri Box - who is truly phenomenal. There will be interactive games, a Pokemon themed costume competition and prizes! I remember how bloody tough it was producing and promoting my own night. Not everyone got it, but for those that do... The community created around this night is really powerful and I want to see it continue to grow.
Tumblr media
Please share and support SlayStation anyway you can 💚
🕹 The Pokemon Master Ball ✨ January 21 at Clapham Grand, London UK, SW11 1TT Tickets and more info is here: https://lnkd.in/eQCvataY

Always Coming Home
in 4 Chapters
31st of May | 28th June | Autumn 2024
at Matt's Gallery, 6 Charles Clowes Walk, Nine Elms, London SW11 7AN
A new series of events for Matt’s Gallery, programmed by exploratory producing platform A---Z (Anne Duffau), featuring works by
Bliss Carmxn, Sarah Howe & JJ Chan, utopian_realism, Matt Carter, Vivenne Griffin,  Billy Klotsa, Tarek Lakhrissi, Jennifer Martin, Josèfa Ntjam, Philomene Pirecki, Harold Offeh, Emily Pope, Fuyuhiko Takata,
Josh Woolford, Abbas Zahedi, A—Z
This series is the development of a recent research on the affect of visual and sound in narrative. The first iteration of Always Coming Home took place at Iklectik in September 2023, as a starting point for ambient sensorial experimentation, a threshold for furthering the ideas of immersion, speculative world and conscious listening.
Each chapter at Matt's Gallery will start with a reading as an introduction followed by a live performance, a moving image and a live musical set.
Thinking of change and flux as part of speculative futures and world building as ways of expressing current socio-political issues and expanding from there to potential other paths.
In line with this proposition, language, and other forms of expression, from the bodily to sound and the non-descriptive, are given a platform to create new ways of thinking and working together: explorations and considerations of embodied practices as political disruptions.
The title is an hommage to the 1985 science fiction novel by Ursula K. Le Guin, where the reader follows the Kesh people, a cultural group who live in the distant future long after modern society has collapsed.

England and Wales High Court (Administrative Court) Decisions
The offence alleged arises out of the importation of large quantities of cocaine into the Netherlands and Belgium in particular by an organised criminal gang and the laundering of the proceeds. Hundreds of kilograms were detected and seized in containers in Rotterdam in 2020. The estimated profit from successful imports is estimated to run into the hundreds of millions of euros.
Further investigation has revealed that Flor BRESSERS and Bastiaan KORNER are believed to have had cash funds converted into bitcoin using an address, which is part of a cluster where the bitcoins were sent to 14 accounts at the exchanger BINANCE.
It appeared that the flat in question was located at London SW11 8BF, 3 Riverlight Quay, 12th floor, flat 200. It was further learned that this flat was rented at least from 6 January 2021 to 3 July 2022 by Caio MARCHESANI and that when he rented it, he had given the email address […], among others. This email address was also used with one of the Binance accounts managed by Caio MARCHESANI.
She accepted that he has no previous convictions, and that he studied here at university between 2008 and 2013 (and I was shown evidence to that effect in the bundle by Mr Hines). He has indefinite leave to remain. She also accepted that there is evidence that he holds senior positions in two English companies (he is the CEO of a company called TF Pay and the CFO of Acai Berry Foods Limited). He provided seed capital for the latter and is 50% shareholder in its ultimate holding company. He became a director in 2022. According to its founder, Marcus Carmo, in 2021-22 its turnover was £4.5 million and it has expansion plans this year. Mr Carmo has made a helpful witness statement explaining inter alia the Acai business and the Respondent's role within it.
