Transformation Tuesday! Early to rise as usual…got my 2 hr hike in at 15% grade and a crazy sweat. Hiking boots and a treadmill making sure they are well worn in. Hiked in CT yesterday and today with Tommy Rivs in Bolivia-straight up and the views amazing! Cannot wait to get to Utah for the SummitPush! Will be an early am start. Need to be at base by 3 am and we start at 4:00 am for a 12 hr climb. Almost reminds me of the Dave Goggins 48 hr challenge when we workout every 3 hrs non stop. Training is strong. Keto is strong.
