Oops I forgot I wanted to do a bit of goretober. Felt like drawing some self-indulgent dramatic blood. Uhhh might do that, who knows.

Went to see Avatar today, still holds up amazing, actually better than I remember plotwise. Story's still not great but still, super good pacing, really didn't feel like 3 hours. You only need to glance at anything I make to know avatar had a huge influence on me creatively, almost certainly my first exposure to conlangs, my mind was BLOWN at hearing Na'vi wasnt just gibberish and the idea that it was even possible to make a language was a new creative pit to fall into

Idk what theyll do in the sequel tho all the cool characters died...

#silly but people are unreasonably harsh about the Na'vi's designs they are NOT blue cat people #theyre like 2.5 times the height of the humans??? their limbs are spaghetti #their irises are huge their eyes sockets ate are out #theyre still unfortunately human looking especially the hands and feet but theres a lot more different than their is the same #still bothers me that they have a nose tho cmooooon everything else has the neck holes it wouldve looked so cool #they could have still had a 'nose' jus give them the neck holes too :') #unapologetic avatar defender here im sorry #its not perfect but man it isnt as bad as people say #the line about pagans tho....
