ayo!! the bakusquad doesnt exist in canon so dont act like it does. the only people bakugou is really friends with are deku and kiri, and he has never shown any sign of caring for the others beyond the status of classmates. 

also imo, the bakusquad as potrayed by the fandom are bad friends to bakugou, and dont understand him well enough to be good friends to him. they seem to always be making bakugou the butt of their jokes, and brushing aside his problems and wellbeing, and personal comfort for their own comedic purposes.
