She knows - spiderbel/spiderlings au

Luisa was working in constructions as per usual. It was mid afternoon on a sunny day, there was no time she expected the building she was working on to start collapsing. Why was it collapsing you may ask? Rhino and green goblin, that’s how…they both were teaming up to stop La aranaposa and by extension, nino arana. 

Both were failing miserably, of course. Mirabel decked the goblin in the face while Antonio gave the rhino a smooth uppercut, Antonio was never supposed to fight an enemy but seeing as Rhino wasn’t giving him much of a choice, he fought him. 

The goblins' big body built behind slammed his big self against the building and in return, it started to collapse. Keep in mind the building was in construction, so it had weaker stability. 

Luisa watched everything as it happened, all the way to the point where she, and other construction workers, were falling out of the tall skyscraper. Antonio and Mirabel caught as many construction workers as they could, that includes Luisa….even if she was caught last minute. 

The two spiderlings silently fretted over her. They checked her arms, face, hands, etc. She was a little confused…and still in shock to even notice what they were doing. 

La Aranaposa searched her hoodie pocket for an arepa and she shoved it in luisa’s mouth and nino arana put two Arepas in her hands as well. Once they looked over her a few times they reluctantly left her alone. 

Lulu came back to reality a few moments later as she chewed her mama’s arepa on instinct. Still a little confused but grateful the spiderlings were there to save her…wait…how did the arepa get in her mouth..and hands?....no

The muscular woman chose to take the day off and drove herself back home as fast as she could. It couldn’t be true, there was no way it could be true…could it? Once she was in the rather large driveway of her home she raced into the house toward her younger sister and primo’s room. 

She didn’t even hear Camilo or Dolores calling for her in concern as she zoomed past them on the stairs, all she knew is that her theory better NOT be true. 

Lu kicked the bedroom door open and…saw it. Her younger sister and primo had just gotten into their civilian clothes, but had their suits in their hands. The two spiderlings stared at Luisa like deer in headlights

Dolores, Camilo, Mirabel, and Antonio opened their mouths in unison

“We can explain!” 

Nah, cause when started piecing things together 😭 my girl had a whole epiphany. Hopped and the car and drove home to confirm her suspicions. AND THEN DOLORES AND CAMILO TRIED TO STOP HER 💀 you think. The jeopardy wait theme would’ve been playing while she was putting it all together.

And like. Them being silent didn’t even change the fact that she found out. And She sits through the explanation, which they try to make up excuses and stories. But none of them have a valid story lined up and Luisa just stares at them. Her whole face is like “I know you’re lying, just tell me”. And eventually they break and tell her. And suddenly so much stuff makes sense now.

Of course she gets all worried for them. They’re younger than her, and they’ve been doing it for years. But she’s still worried. Like it doesn’t ease her anymore than before. Course she doesn’t tell anyone.

You think she gets salty and starts defending them when Alma and Isabela try to diss. Cause she knows now. And I doubt she’d stand for Spiderling slander after finding out 😭

Just Julieta and Pepa introducing their dawgs to Camilo and Mirabel. The dogs really like the kids, for obvious reasons, and the older dogs take it upon themselves to care for the pups when they come around at the ceremonies 🤭🤭
