Masala Chai ☕️ A comfortable pot of piping Masala (spiced) Chai (tea) for the cold & blustery Sydney weather 🌧️ ⛈️ My Chai Masala contains, 2 large Cinnamon Bark pieces 10 Green Cardamom 8 - 10 Fennel Seeds 6 - 8 Cloves 5 - 6 Black Peppercorn 1/2” piece of Dried Ginger Dry roast gently on low heat & cool. Powder when completely cooled down. Add the masala only after the tea leaves have steeped in boiling water. Add in your choice of non dairy milk (I used Soy) right at the end just before serving.
