It will address the questions including: Can commons actually exist while the world and the cosmos are regulated to the constraints of colonialism and capitalism? How space industries have mutated and controlled our perception of the future and therefore time itself. Is it a violent act to label places and spaces as commons? What are the new manifestos needed to decentralize space discourses about the relationship between humans and celestial bodies? Distracted by the lights and their reflections, the metropolitan eye can barely see a dozen stars. We live in a paradoxical age where space exploration activities are constantly giving us new insights into how the universe works, and at the same time our access to experiencing this wonder is disappearing. In this artist talk and workshop we are going to expand our narratives using circumambient poetics as a tool for expressing intuition and memory to remember Earth as our sacred place. Distraídos por la luces y sus reflejos, el ojo metropolitano apenas puede ver una docena de estrellas. Vivimos en una era paradójica donde las actividades de exploración espacial están dándonos constantemente nuevas percepciones acerca del funcionamiento del universo y al mismo tiempo nuestro acceso a experimentar este asombro está desapareciendo. Taller Orígenes con @kosmicainstitute en @materiasomos Podemos encontrar pequeños fragmentos de meteoritos en nuestros entornos. Este polvo que cae del cosmos se ha convertido en un área de gran interés para la mineralogía ya que cada vez se han encontrado más pistas sobre los patrones geométricos de la materia y eso nos da mucho más preguntas sobre las huellas de lo invisible en el universo. Conocer la composición química de los meteoritos también nos ha permitido conocer más sobre las sustancias biológicas que traen consigo y de algunos elementos necesarios para la vida. ¿Todavía hay alguien que cree que la vida está esparcida por el universo? ¿Recuerdas la teoría de la panspermia? Estas preguntas me las hacia cuando tenía la edad de estxs niñxs y siempre que trabajo con ellxs recuerdo las preguntas que siguen ahí.
