Wherein Butsuma hadn't inherited the Clan Head Title because his other siblings survived. He's a child from a concubine of Fusuma and he's not that important to the line of succession. He is loved as the youngest sibling but he's also not allowed to go out of the Compound when he was a child. He gained enough Shinobi skills but not enough experience. He's sent on group missions but not solo ones.

For years, he thought his family was overprotective of his identity. And he lived his life obliviously that way even when he had his own Wife and sons.

He had only known the truth about his identity being kept secret when the Daimyo out of no where called for his Elder Brother and the Uchiha Clan Head and made a decree that the Uchiha and Senju should stop Warring with each other.

After that, the first time both Clans had met up for peace talks; both had demanded reparations from each other. None are willing to give an inch until the Uchiha Clan Head ( Tajima’s Elder Brother ) had demanded that the Senju give up Butsuma and his second son.

Only then would they allow that the past grievances to be forgotten.

The Senju of course was at first shock ( and then got angry ). For they had known the exact reason why the Uchiha had specifically asked for Butsuma and his son.

But Butsuma himself doesn't know why he and his son are to be the payment of their Clan. All he knows is that the Senju's hands are dangerously tied and he doesn't have the choice to refuse the Uchiha’s demand.

And so with a heavy heart, Butsuma and little Tobirama are delivered to the Uchiha in just under a week.

Imagine Butsuma’s shock when upon arriving at the Uchiha Compound instead of being sequestered in the Concubines Wing of the Main House; he and his little son are ushered towards the temple of Amaterasu and there the Mikos and the Priestess had told him exactly what are his specific duties and the Uchiha as a whole expected from a Blessed Ones like him and his Son.
