writing log: january 29th, 2017

i watched polandbananasbooks’ writing vlogs and she said you would never have time to write if you don’t make the time for it and i can’t agree more. (note to self: i need to make myself write more diligently) also im having so much fun with yogy’s story and while making it i cant help but observe my own relationship with my family. i notice a handful of things i thought i know but i don’t, or a handful of things i thought i remember but i don’t. im only noticing the good things, though. i dont know if i want to get to the ugly side. (i have to, though.)

what do you talk in like a writing log?

im on chapter four. ive been on chapter four for like a week? i wouldnt say im stuck -- but im taking my time. i dont wanna rush. also im really trying to make this chapter good because im splitting the whole story into parts and this chapter is the where it gets a bit deep for its part. (if that even make any sense)

also i had way too many tea today. i found out if you had too many it left a weird aftertaste on your mouth. i also found out that while tea definitely calms me down, i focus on things better if i have coffee. i dont mind. i dont want to force myself to focus if im not writing for school purposes.

i still dont have a title for the story. so for now i just call it ‘ceritanya yogy’, but i put ‘in the same place’ in the form because i cant just call it ‘ceritanya yogy’ for the competition. i didnt even made that up -- ive been listening to 같은 곳에서 when i write so i put the english title as the story title. by the way i made a playlist for the story. not that you interested. i’ve been so into making playlists lately.

this goes nowhere. but again, i need to remember that logs aren’t supposed to be pretty.
