Dante was out in the desert of Solaria with Sooley when he came across a knight he didn't recognize passed out from the heat. Dante motioned for his guards to help carry the man back to his castle in Solaria. Dante sighed as he looked over the man. "Guess you're not from here.." Sooley sat his feet and then nudged the man. Dante sighed. "He will give you attention if he wakes up"

Even with his armor being designed to keep heat away from his body, it was no use once his water supply had run out. But the least Shouto could do was keep going and maybe he could make it to the next kingdom. But then he collapsed before any civilization came into view

It was with a quiet groan that he started to wake up.

So, I couldn't recall what Dante's personalized guest room at Aster's mansion looked like, or if I had ever even seen it. (Needed to know for the upcoming Blade/Dante fic.) So I asked the subreddit and they CAME THROUGH!

I am yet again delighted by the little details the game artists include in the backgrounds.

is there any context behind Blade's fluff balls?

Extremely random thought time. I noticed that every clan member after Garu has some kind of creature/critter- Rei's owl Father, Dante's cat Sooley, and technically Blade has his fluff balls. The fluff balls are frequently featured in official art, they have faces, and their description is "These little creatures live in the forest and appear to serve no other purpose than blowing puffs of air and looking as adorable as can be." So we can assume they're alive, like Topper, Father, and Sooley.

But does anyone know any additional lore about them? Like how Blade found them or why they have any association with Blade?

I haven't watched any of Blade's rooms (including his SR & R, even though i have them lol), so if anyone has insight, I'm curious.
