we’ve got a family chili contest and potluck to go to this afternoon and i’m making a white bean and tomatillo chili 🥳 #DareToBeDifferent

#i put One (1) poblano in it. so far. i have some jalapeños i might blister to put in there too #and fresh bay leaf and oregano. lots of garlic and onion. delishouze #i’m trying to impress them because my boyfriend started the Vegan Politics discussion last week when we went to dinner with them #so now i’m trying to prove to a bunch of nonvegans that vegan food is good RIP wish me luck
