I've actually had a good day, but after forcing myself to walk around wayyyyyy more than I should have, I'm in so much pain rn :') keep having to push down the urge to cry, not so much bc it hurts (it does, but you get numb to it after a while) but more out of frustration yanno?

#started out by pulling my neck twice this morning #and it's just gone downhill from there 😭 #also had this fucking awful plantar fascitis flareup for like a month #i also have a fibroma on the arch of the same foot :) which then makes my toe genuinely burn with the pain #so its agonising to walk and basically limping for a month or so has probably fucked my back and hips up even more #there's more but ill stop now before i give u all a laundry list of What's Wrong With Me :'))
