animation is so insane there's so much care and details poured into frames that the viewer will see for a fraction of a second it makes me go INSANE!!!!!! This is about spiderverse & zerocalcare btw

#spiderverse bc obviously. i could spend hours admiring each and every frame of those films #zerocalcare bc his shows are so fastpaced and have soooo many jokes in them that I wish I could pause every 3 seconds #to make sure I really took in all the joks and little easter eggs and casual references #but this is also bc i dont speak italian lol #so i wanna pause and translate every single joke there is on screen!!!! understand all the slang words! make sure I get the little details!! #arguably live action is like this also but it feels so much more intentional with animation #and there's a potential for a much faster rhythm that doesnt exist in live action cinema #anyways.
