So, they do try to bring in other Black people who they see have talent in their field. Problem is, many of these same Black people have been so conditioned, they begin gatekeeping and policing fellow Black people and are careful not to try and “bring in” any Black people who don’t align with the company (massa). . . They do not want to threaten their own position, positions they were not getting rightfully paid to begin with🤐 Positions that offer little room for growth, yet they want to gatekeep for the white folks. Makes no sense to me. Black people stop that.
