Established in 1904, Marion Golf Club is a par 34, 9 hole, 2,695 yard course designed by George Thomas who went on to design famed courses like Bel-Air County Club and Riviera Country Club among others. With views of Sippican Harbor, MGC sits on an old cow pasture that still retains a lot of its old character. Most notable are the stone walls that are found on almost every hole dividing fairways and obscuring views of the greens when you tee off. Marion is a very fun, unique golf course being brought back to prominence by its new owners Jeremiah Daly and Michael Kane.
