Practical Magic Owen’s House in TS4
As soon as I said it in the last post, I knew I had to give this house a try. The pictures here do not show the porch, two parlors, library, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 full bedrooms, upstairs hallway, winding stairwells, or the other half of the attic, but the rest of the huge house is fully fleshed out, and cluttered to hell especially in the garden, greenhouse, and potions room.

I love this! I love you for this! The whole conversation with her daughter and concept is amazing and just hit me in the feels. I grew up in a majority white community and didn't fully embrace my natural curly hair until 4 years ago when I got into college. I remember my mom having the same conversation with my mom when I was younger

Thank you so much to everyone who has commented and sent such sweet notes about this arc! I'm really glad that so many of you were able to identify with the story <3 I generally keep my legacy pretty light-hearted but I felt like this was an important part of Zinnia's story and I'm glad I was able to include it! And that she got a happy ending too :)

Lots of screenies that you don't see that are terrible! haha. In all seriousness though I probably take 5-10 screenshots for every one image that makes it onto my blog! Then I just take the best of what I captured while playing and clean them up a little bit!

Open Call for Berry Sweet Sims!
Hello, darlings! It sure has been a while since I’ve been online. Long story short, I’m finally finished with my senior year of high school, so I should be online more often! With my return comes some big news:
1.) The Shishori Legacy will still be on pause while I figure out some things for a new project. But don’t worry! The Shishoris will definitely be back soon!
2.) My new project! I’d like to keep it as much as a secret as I can for now, so all I can say is that I’m calling for some berry sweet sims made by no other than you all! I’ll be asking specifically for 12 sims--though if there’s enough interest, I’ll most likely be including all sims submitted as various townies/friends.

What exactly is this new project? Glad you asked! It’s a bit of a legacy, bit of a rainbowcy, and a bit of a crossover. It’ll be my first attempt since Whirlwind to have an interactive, story-telling save!
So, some context: The founder isn’t actually based on sweets, but on something fishier! They’re still the standard white with a splash of color, but they’re definitely the new kid in Peanut Brittle Bay! They’ve found themselves in dire need of a change...
If you’re interested in making a sim:
Besides hair and skin colors, I’d like to ask for light CC usage! All of my skin and hair colors are from noodlescc, but if you prefer other CC, no problemo! Just be sure to hand me a good ol' CC list.
I don’t have a preference for private or public download, if you choose to upload your sim! Galley uploads are okie doke as well under the #Simxnoire tag!
There is no restriction on gender or color scheme of your sims! I’d love to have a wide range of sims, so I’m leaving these up to you to decide! All I ask is that the sims are young adults.
However, if you’d like a certain theme to play off of, you can interpret nautical or countryside any way you’d like!
Have fun with your sim! Create a backstory or just tell me the little things that make them happy. I’d love to get to know your sim!
This can include making a small family, if you want! Parents, siblings, pets--go wild! The more the merrier!

With this we end our round of Christmas gifts! From tomorrow the Montana will be back and better than ever since the kids are almost *sigh* young adults and ready to move on to generation 2! Madder rhymes with Hatter and maybe Rose is as mad as the hatter. Despite living what some could consider to be a good life, Rose much prefers to be in her own head, creating her own world where she can hide everything she feels.
Rose is in love with mixing a 1950′s housewife style with modern looks. Although she loves animals she’s allergic to them all and that makes her sad.

Why I made a tumblr: I like writing and I create many stories all the time, so yeah... I was playing the sims and there was this family of bad guys I really wanted to make a mafia challenge and write their story. At first the mother was a comedian who swears to avenge her fathers death and become death’s sworn enemy. She forces her children to become something like cruel and egoistic adults, she controls the city and their lives.
Dog or cat person: Cats for forced cuddling and cuteness! Dogs for fun and silly moments! yeah, I guess I’m just a cat person but I like dogs too.
When I made my blog: Hum... One year and a half as far as I remember.

Reason for my url: I was Lilytita and became Kyranyx because I wanted to have a more English acceptable name? Kyra means like the sun and nyx means night. :)
