Paranormal Cozy Home - No CC

Hello everyone! I made this house inspired by the Paranormal Stuff Pack. If you want to play with it and make it FULLY FUNCTIONAL you must: 1. Move the fridge. 2. Change all light hanging from the ceiling (they're too long for the sims to walk under them) 3. Get a mailbox and a trash can.

Other than that, the house can be used perfectly. It includes:

- Kitchen. - Dining room. - Living room. - Spiritism room. - 1 Bedroom. - 2 Bathrooms. - Backyard.

What do you need?

EVERY PACK is necessary

The save will work without all the packs, but you’ll have naked Sims

No CC

How to install?

For Houses/Lots 

Download and extract the zip file

You should place the files in to the Tray folder, which can be found at Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4 » Tray.

Open the Gallery (F4 key shortcut) and select the My Library tab. On the left side of the screen, look for Advanced menu 

Now all you need to do is place the house on a lot and your Sims can now move in. You need to be in Build Mode in order to do this. Also, be sure to have sufficient funds (if lot is occupied by household) and the required lot area.
