We were super excited to finally taste the delicious @myungranghotdog offerings located in the food court at the @hmartofficial in East San Jose. The popular Korean chain offers a variety of corn dogs with meat and/or cheese centers. Optionally covered in potato (for a few) and rolled in sugar (free), an assortment of sauces allow diners to customize the perfect bite. The batter and frying process are superior to what we traditionally think of when contemplating corn dogs. Really the only negative we experienced was that the squid ink batter had already sold out, and most of the sides and beverages in the food court had to be purchased separately at an H Mart check out counter.
