Il a également demandé à l'État d'agir strictement contre les pratiques interdites telles que la consommation d'alcool ou la "salissure de sites d'importance religieuse et culturelle" ou les dommages à l'écologie. Les dirigeants de la communauté jaïn craignent que la désignation de l'endroit comme destination touristique ne « nuise à son caractère sacré ». Plus tôt dans la journée, le ministre en chef Hemant Soren a écrit au Centre pour demander des "décisions appropriées" sur sa notification de 2019.
