a pet headcanon of mine is that after they're done with the sigil removal, emira expands her horizons and starts studying the psychological side of healing, pulling in some resources from the human realm and combining it with boiling isles methods (i imagine the field of psychology in the boiling isles, while existent, was often pushed aside as just a lesser branch of the healing coven back when belos was in charge. i do imagine there's often magic like the memory tweezers involved)

and i imagine she ends up focusing in on like, art therapy and self-expression, because she knows how important that can be, after having her individuality stifled so hard when she was young

so many people have said this but gaon helping yohan and elijah repair their bond through food is so good !!

can you imagine once they've moved to switzerland and yohan learns how to cook, him and elijah have most of their meals together. instinctively while cooking he'll leave the most tender parts of the meat or chicken for her, making sure the vegetables are just the way elijah likes them, is attentive to what brand of rice she particularly enjoys. replacing things she does not eat in a recipe with foods she might like a little more, with creative advice from gaon.

when elijah is not in physio perhaps they'd do the grocery shopping together. The first time, they leave the supermarket with a cart that is way too full for 2 people, but elijah is so excited to try everything that yohan lets her get whatever she wants. the second and third trip and the fourth it's some more experimenting and then slowly slowly yohan rediscovers what his niece enjoys most, what to get for her when she's out of therapy for the day, what seasonal fruit she particularly waits for (remember ep 4 when he's surprised that elijah chose the same dinner/has the same tastes as him!). It brings them a bit closer. when elijah has long days at the therapy facility he packs her a warm lunch. the feedback he gets is just a few words when she comes back home at first ("lunch was good" "did you put something special in the fried rice today ?"), then one day she sends him a picture of her box completely cleaned and three thumbs up emojis. it has yohan smiling to himself the whole day

that wasn't the plan initially but the piercer convinced me (not really, that was intended to be the next one if this one healed well anyway. but she said in her experience conch piercings heal better than high lobes so yeah why not)

every day I will wake up like Actually There's Nothing Wrong With Me I probably just want there to be so it will explain why I struggle so much to accomplish my goals. Well I've had an eventful day

There was the vacuuming the hood vent, prepping the crepe cakes, doing an interview (which turned out incredibly lackluster)

Someone called in sick so I covered an extra hour and a half... BUT THEN someone came in saying they were there for a 35 drink catering order. That i hadn't heard about. Cue scramble to get that done within 20 minutes. We did it 👍

AND. THEN.

So someone left a review saying our store was weird to international students but very friendly with white people. And we were like "? Who tf is being racist here?" And It Turns Out. It's the problem employee :) who's apparently been bitchy to international students & complaining to ppl about their accents. To Their Faces.

So we are firing her. Immediately :)

Which means we have to kinda scramble to cover her shifts this week & I'm gonna be doing some Unfortunate shifts to make up for it.

But that is Not okay. At All.
