So canonically Saiki is allergic to at least some pollens, and given the explosive nature of his reactions, if he was allergic to any other common thing then he would probably know about it. Then again, he must have developed that allergy during canon to not notice it until then, so there's room for him to develop more allergies lol.

I think Akechi should have a mollusk allergy so he can wax pedantic about the differences between crustaceans (shrimp, crab, lobster) and mollusks (scallops, oysters, clams, mussels) when someone notices him eating shrimp despite his declared shellfish allergy. He carries an EpiPen for this purpose, though he'll use it on anyone who he sees having a severe reaction. Very scary to see this guy sprinting over with a needle thing in his hand but he's only trying to save a life, he prommies!

I hate to do this to my darling but Aiura gets mild lactose intolerance. Not bad enough to deter her from covering her desserts with whipped cream but enough for her to pop one of those lactaid pills before getting a milkshake or a proper latte. Because it would be funny and fitting for her to have suspicious pills on her, only for them to be stuff like lactaid, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, antihistamines, etc. Extremely sussy mobile pharmacy.

Toritsuka gets a mild cat allergy purely so there can be shenanigans with Saikitty where Toritsuka gets to hang out as much as he likes with Saiki and pet his soft fur, but the longer he does it, the more he sneezes and his face/hands turn red, etc. Just seems like a whole episode setup right there lol. Aside from that, he's God's perfect bastard and basically doesn't suffer from allergies.
