She stares from a distance for a long moment before separating herself from the crowd and shadowing the newcomer. She’s geared up and ready to go, much like nearly every other pirate, criminal, and ne’er-do-well in the Port, but while her thoughts linger on the position of each and every weapon on her person, Celia does not move for them. 

“New meat,” finally comes the call, only when the throngs of people in the market were left behind. “wait a minute. I have a question for you.”
