I just got home from my first viewing of Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe and I just have one word: Beautiful. Everything about it was beautiful. The cinematography, the costumes, the acting, the music, just everything. It’s everything a book adaptation should be. Honestly as much as I ADORE RWRB I think I liked Aristotle and Dante more as an adaptation. As films they cannot be compared because they are so different and each amazing in their own ways but as book adaptations Aristotle and Dante win hands DOWN. I really hope that we get a Aristotle and Dante Dive into the Waters of the World movie. Cause this was just GORGEOUS. I cried. Also Max and Reese embodied Ari and Dante PERFECTLY. Reese is EXACTLY how I pictured Dante. Just absolutely brilliant and I can’t wait to see it again in 12 hours 😅

scene i need in the aridante movie sequel that's not in the book:
after the paris scene, i need the ending to be a time lapse of them at like 25 or something, hanging emma's painting on a wall then kissing in front of it and stand there watching it while hugging
and when the camera moves away from them you see a lot of boxes around the house cause they just moved in together
