Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ Review: Power in Your Pocket
Tumblr media
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus offers a balanced mix of features and performance, making it a strong contender in the mid-range smartphone market. It features a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 2400 x 1080 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, its peak brightness is lower compared to its predecessor. The device also supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, enhancing the viewing experience.
Tumblr media
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus Performance-wise, it's powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor, backed by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus boasts a large 5,000mAh battery, capable of enduring long hours of use, though its video playback endurance falls behind some competitors.
Tumblr media
The highlight is its 200MP main camera with OIS and a large f/1.65 aperture, which produces 12.5MP shots using a 16-in-1 pixel binning technique. This camera setup is a significant upgrade from the previous model and is a major selling point for the device. The price of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G varies depending on the specific version and its features. As of the latest information, the price ranges are as follows: - For the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant: - Global version: Approximately $360 These prices may vary based on the region, availability, and specific offers or deals at the time of purchase. However, the phone has some drawbacks, particularly with its MIUI 14 software, which is described as busy and bloated, detracting from the Android 13 experience. Also, the removal of the microSD slot might disappoint some users. Despite these issues, the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus's overall package, especially its impressive camera and battery life, makes it a worthwhile choice for those seeking a feature-rich yet affordable smartphone. https://nextgentechs.org/smartphones/unihertz-8849-tank-2-review-ruggedness-redefined/ Unfolding Excellence: OnePlus Open Review Read the full article

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G is the latest iteration in the popular Note series, aiming to offer premium features at a mid-range price. But does it hit the mark, or fall short of its ambitions? Let's delve into the details. Highlights: Powerful Processor: The MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset delivers smooth performance for everyday tasks and even handles some demanding games well. Stunning Display: The 6.7" AMOLED display boasts a 120Hz refresh rate for buttery-smooth visuals and HDR10+ support for vibrant colors. It's curved for a premium feel, though some might find it prone to accidental touches. Fast Charging: The 120W fast charging is one of the fastest in the market, juicing up the phone from 0 to 100% in just 15 minutes. Versatile Cameras: The 200MP main sensor captures impressive detail in good lighting, and the ultrawide and telephoto lenses offer additional shooting options. However, low-light performance could be better. Sleek Design: The phone boasts a premium look and feel with a glass back and IP68 water and dust resistance. Verdict: The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G is a compelling mid-range option with a powerful processor, a stunning display, and super-fast charging. However, software quirks, the lack of stereo speakers, and a price increase compared to previous models hold it back from being a true standout. Ultimately, the decision of whether it's the right phone for you depends on your priorities and budget. Here are some additional points to consider: Are you a gamer who needs top-of-the-line performance? If so, you might want to look elsewhere. Do you value clean software and a bloatware-free experience? You might prefer a phone with a different UI. Is camera quality your top priority? While the cameras are decent, there are phones with better low-light performance in this price range. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G Specs Feature Specification Display 6.67" AMOLED, 1220 x 2712 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ Processor MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra RAM 8GB or 12GB LPDDR5 Storage 256GB or 512GB UFS 3.1 Rear Cameras 200MP main (f/1.8), 8MP ultrawide (f/2.2), 12MP telephoto (f/2.4) Front Camera 16MP (f/2.5) Battery 5000mAh Charging 120W wired Operating System Android 13 (MIUI 14) Connectivity 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC Dimensions 161.4mm x 74.2mm x 8.9mm Weight 204.5g Colors Blue, Black, Silver Price Starting at €450 (prices may vary depending on region and configuration) Additional Notes: The phone also has an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock. There is no expandable storage option. The phone has a dual SIM slot but does not support microSD cards. The 120W charger may not be included in all markets. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G Benchmark Benchmark Score Source CPU Geekbench 5 (Single-Core) 1109 Mytour.vn Geekbench 5 (Multi-Core) 2594 Mytour.vn AnTuTu 9 803,000 Kimovil.com GPU 3DMark Wild Life Extreme 1178 points (7.06 FPS) Mytour.vn Other PCMark Work 3.0 11,714 Mytour.vn Notes: Scores may vary slightly depending on testing conditions and specific phone models. Some benchmarks, like GFXBench, were not available at the time of writing. It's important to consider real-world performance alongside benchmark scores, as benchmarks don't always reflect everyday user experience. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G! [editorial-rating id="11259"]

Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro plus
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro plus smartphone comes in a few different textures, colors and materials. The white color with the vegan leather back seems to be its signature model. Then there are two models with glass back. This is a 5G-supported phone with Gorilla Glass Victus display protection. Its IP68 rated waterproof feature is very rare in high-mid range smartphones and is one of its major positive sides. The 68B Quad HD+ OLED curved screen with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ is stunning. 1800 nits peak brightness makes it ideal for using under sunlight.
It has an impressive 200 MP back camera with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide lens and a 2 MP macro lens. Details, color reproduction, sharpness, dynamic range all looked very optimal in the camera samples that we checked out in hands-on video reviews. The low light shots have less details but still look clear enough. The portrait mode has fine edge detection with a natural-looking background blur. You can take stable videos at 4K@@30fps quality. The 16 MP selfie camera captures vivid colors with enough details.
The 120W PD3.0 charger can charge the 5000 mAh battery from 0 to 100% in just about 19 minutes. The 4 nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra is one of its main features which gives a very strong battery performance and is also very smooth for gaming, browsing or overall performance. We got an AnTuTu v10 score of 780024. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor as well, and some very pleasing dual stereo speakers. This phone is supposed to receive four years of software security updates from its release date. Xiaomi also announced three generation of Android upgrade, so up to Android 16 is guaranteed. Overall, this is a complete package for its time and price.

Redmi Note 13 Pro in Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU
Tumblr media
Xiaomi claims Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus camera outperforms Honour 90 with Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset Xiaomi is going to introduce the Redmi Note 13 Pro with the most latest Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU. And the company brags that the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus has a camera that is more advanced than the one found on the Honour 90
Xiaomi, a Chinese technology company, has provided further information on the Redmi Note 13 smartphone line that will soon be released. On the one hand, the business has highlighted some of the photography capabilities heading to the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, during which it compares the smartphone to the Honour 90 and Honour 90 Pro.
On the other hand, the company has also highlighted some of the other features headed to the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. On the other hand, the business has also brought attention to some of the additional features that will be included in the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus.
On the other hand, the company has disclosed a number of the upcoming enhancements that would be included into the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. On the other hand, Xiaomi has unequivocally said that the Redmi Note 13 Pro would be the first gadget to employ a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 CPU. This announcement was made in relation to the product.
This information was sent to the media in the form of an official press release. The aforementioned information was graciously provided to us by Xiaomi
Ahead of the launch event for the Redmi Note 13 series, which is scheduled to take place the following week, Xiaomi has continued to distribute teasers on Chinese social media in anticipation of the event. To review, the firm has previously shown the designs of the Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus.
Furthermore, the company has announced that it intends to launch a Redmi Note 13 5G model that will most likely be offered at a lower price point than the other two models. In order to continue, the business has previously shown the designs of the Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus.
It was originally said that the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus will be powered by a Dimensity 7200 Ultra CPU and would come with a one of a kind ISOCELL HP3 Discovery Edition main camera sensor. Additionally, it was stated that the device would be available in black and blue colour options. In addition to this, it was said that the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus will be available for purchase later on in this year.
Now, it has offered a few camera samples with the intention of displaying the device’s adjustable camera configuration in the hope that more people would buy the product. This was done in the hope that more people will purchase the product.
Because it makes use of the ISOCELL HP3 Discovery Edition, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus is said to be able to create an in-sensor zoom of up to 2x or 4x. This is due to the fact that it uses the ISOCELL technology. The focal lengths that would be achieved as a consequence of this would be similar to 46 millimetres and 92 millimetres, respectively.
In addition, Xiaomi asserts that the regular ISOCELL HP3 that is included in the Honour 90 and the Honour 90 Pro does not perform as well as the one of a kind ISOCELL HP3 that is included in the Honour 90 Discovery Edition. This particular ISOCELL HP3 is included in the Honour 90.
It is concerning to see Xiaomi calling out Honour in this respect despite the fact that it is not yet known whether or not this is real. Separately, Xiaomi has announced that the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 would be incorporated in the Redmi Note 13 Pro.
This news comes as a result of a recent development. Just today, Qualcomm made the announcement that their next generation central processing unit (CPU) will be built using technologies that were based on a four nanometer process. As a consequence of the choices that Xiaomi has made regarding the categorization of its products, it is reasonable to assume that the new Snapdragon 7 series CPU is not as powerful as the Diminutive 7200 Ultra.
These choices were taken by Xiaomi, which is why this is happening. In spite of the fact that Xiaomi has not yet confirmed this, the product brief provided by Qualcomm appears to imply that the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 is a replacement that has a level of competence that is lower than that of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1.

Review Redmi 11 Prime
Tumblr media
Review of the Redmi 11 Prime 5G to check if this is the right phone for you Redmi 11 Prime 5G series like Redmi Note, which starts under 15,000 Rs, have crossed this price point. For a user who wants a future-proof budget device in the price segment of Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000. This is a 5G-ready device at someone looking for a phone under Rs 15,000 which will be future-proof as well. So far, Redmi is just one other 5G portfolio in the under Rs 20,000  Redmi Note 11T 5G. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G appears to be an attempt to correct this gap. Specifications: - 6.58-inch full HD+ LCD display - 90 Hz refresh rate - Mediatek Dimensity 700 chipset - 4GB or 6GB RAM+ 64GB or 128GB storage - 50MP+ depth sensor - 8MP front camera - 5000 mAh battery - 22.5W fast charger - MIUI 13 with Android 12 Price: Rs 13,999 for 4GB option, Rs 15,999 for 6GB RAM Pros The camera module at the back is rather prominent and includes two cameras, a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera. The polycarbonate back has a textured finish, which makes for a different touch and feel. The silver colour option that Redmi sent for review also stands apart and looks stylish and elegant. The phone continues with a headphone jack and has a fingerprint scanner as part of the power button. This gets a 6.58-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. You can switch between 60 Hz or 90Hz from the settings, though by default it is set to 60 Hz, which is better for battery consumption. The Redmi 11 Prime display is a capable one and remains legible in bright sunlight as well. The performance is a good enough daily users. But yes, this is not a phone where you expect top-notch performance because the focus here is on something else. On the 5G connectivity front, this supports both Standalone (SA) and Non-Standalone (NSA) 5G.  If you’re wondering what all of this means, Xiaomi states that the phone is ready to support 5G connectivity in most circles in India once the network starts rolling out. The Redmi 11 Prime’s battery is 5000 mAh, which will easily last a day even with heavy-duty usage. However, the phone’s fast charging is limited and Xiaomi has put a 22.5W charger in the box. Prepare to put aside two hours at least to get this back to a full charge. Cons The Redmi 11 Prime 5G camera gives acceptable results when you are out shooting in bright. The pictures are detailed, there’s good colour reproduction, and the image is pleasing. But indoors, I found the photos to be underwhelming and the colours oversaturated. The details could have been better for some of the pictures taken indoors. And as expected when you use this camera during evenings or in poor lighting, the image quality and details suffer. Yes, there is a night mode, but it doesn’t add much. The Portraits are also okay, though you need to ensure there is ample light when shooting. Read the full article
