i think one of the things that there is to hate the most about tech bros is how theyve like completely corrupted the idea of artificial intelligence like ai in everyones heads Used to be something that made games more immersive and fun that takes a lot of work to get right and it was impressive a lot of the time and now its just synonymous with soulless theft and disrespect for real human beings

#originals #someone reblogged a post saying that programming is a form of creativity which i agreed with and then thry mentioned ai and i immediately #recoiled because now you literally only see 'ai' used in reference to theft and machines used to enable theft until i realised they meant #what it actually fucking is which is making the people in the computer move and act in non pre determined ways which is sick as hell #i wish there was a way to distinguish between tech bros and normal people who just like computer software cause one time i went on a whole #rant about how tech bros will straight up mock you if you dont understand how to use a program and refuse to help and my normal friend #thought i was insulting him for some reason even though i said i thought it was a cool art form and now he never stops getting mad ab it #tech bros should be put in a large hole away from all civilisation and are only allowed to interact with themselves so everyone else can #enjoy computer and machine stuff without being condescended (i think that is a form ? probably) all the time for not getting smth #or disliking Literal Theft
