Michael began his music career as a member of his family band, The Weirz, who released two self-titled albums, one in 1975 and one in 1979. After a 1981 appearance on American Bandstand in support of his debut single, a cover of the Eric Carmen tune "She Did It", Damian was offered the part of struggling singer, Danny Romalotti, on the daytime television series The Young and the Restless.12 Michael appeared in three episodes of the popular television series The Facts of Life (in 1985 - Season 6 episodes 19-20 as well as 1986 in the nineteenth episode of Season 7) playing Flyman, the love interest of Jo Polniaczek (Nancy McKeon). Damian performed the theme song to Saved by the Bell.3 After twelve years with The Young and the Restless, Damian landed the starring role in the Broadway production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. With Damian cast as Joseph, the production set a single day box-office record as well as a historical record for the highest weekly gross for a Broadway revival at the Minskoff Theatre.45 Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat had 231 performances at the Minskoff Theatre from November 10, 1993, to May 29, 1994. Korvaava tehtävä 11.11. tunnilta 7.11. Grand One- kilpailu- Radiot.fi sovellus

Grand One -kilpailussa palkitaan vuosittain parasta suomalaista digitaalista suunnittelua ja markkinointia. Kilpailussa oli monta mielenkiitoista toteutusta mistä olisi voinut kirjoittaa, valitsin Radio.fi sovelluksen. Se kuului kategoriaan paras uuden teknologian käyttö. Asiakas oli Radiosoitin Oy, työnsuunnitteluun ja tuotantoon osallistuneet yritykset olivat Reaktor, Speedchgrinder, RadioMedia, Yle.

Yli 20% google hauista tehdään nykyään ääni ohjauksella. Suomessa puheohjaus on vasta rantautumis vaiheessa ja suuret teknologiajätit kehittävät puheentunnista tällä hetkellä.

Radiot.fi palvelu halusi olla selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen käyttöliittymä, ja tästä syystä muun muassa halusivat lähteä tähän projektiin. Sovelluksen odotetaan mullistavan palvelun käyttöä sillä sen käyttö on helpompaa tilanteissa joissa kosketusnäytön käyttäminen on hankalaa.

Mobiilisovelluksessa puheohjaus aktivoidaan mikrofonikuvaketta painamalla. Aktivoinnin jälkeen käyttäjä voi pyytää palvelua soittamaan haluttua kanavaa tai ohjelmaa. Testasin aplikaatiota ja se todella toimi, artikulaation tulee silti olla todella selkeää, jotta aplikaatio tunnistaa oikean ohjelman tai radiokanavan. Jätän aplikaation puhelimeen sen helpon käyttämisen ansiosta.

Vaikka suomi on edelläkävijä monessa digiliasaatioon liittyvässä teknologiassa, äänitunnistaminen ei ole vielä yleistynyt kovinkaan paljon. Radiot.fi on ensimmäinen mediasovellus, joka otti käyttöön suomenkielisen puheohjauksen. Äänihakuja on tehty noin 100 000 radiot.fi sovelluksessa, ja kolmannes kokeilijoista jatkaa palvelun käyttöä. Sovellusta on ladattu yhteensä 300 000 kertaa. App Store antaa arvio sovelluksen 4.4/5. Kolme haetuinta kanavaa sovelluksessa on Yle Radio Suomi, Järviradio ja Radio Suomipop.
