(Previous art but I'm putting details on each one.)
Lumina is particular about her outings and usually Alastor comes along. Not that she doesn't want him too, but she does like being by herself.
Mint Chip is her favorite.

Group Activities Crack me up
This damn chapter is funny. Well, I thought it was while I wrote it. Considering I'm bias, take it with a grain of Salt. However, anything to do with boundaries and the residents of the Hotel is hilarious. Charlie is starting to wave the RadioInk flag, too. So fun. Chapter 16: Group Activity: Boundaries!

When it comes to sales meetings, here are two frequent truisms:  1) Sales managers hate their sales meetings and 2) So do their staffs!   In this episode, Phil and Dave examine the elements of positive, powerful and fun (yes, fun!) sales meetings that make your team stronger, tighter and smarter.

Every once in awhile I have realign minds. You’d think by now with all the slightly elevated from diapers techies that they’d know the difference. In America there are only two online Radio Stations, One in Cleaveland Ohio, and ours. OWow is the one in Ohio, ours of course is HazzardAyre Radio. Along with all our shows. Now a PodCast, is a simple thing, that might be only an hour or two, maybe up to 4 hours, of someone spealing off about some product, or reading a book. An Online Radio Station like ours, plays commercials, runs music, airs newscasts, and does weather . While a Podcast , is not usually playing music or taking the time to monitizing content or their shows. Speaking of Radio. There is a publication, that I’m not reading as much as I used to, mainly because their content has gotten lame. It’s Called RadioInk, which spawned off a thing for us online broadcasters. In both cases, their missing the train. To which our parent media firm, SouthernSteele, is looking to launch a publication, both in print and online, called Rural-Small Market Broadcasting. Reason? Rural stations seldom get the well ink, that the big conglomerates do. I don’t know how many times I have poked the Editor of RadioInk, to do an article on KTOW or HazzardAyre. Yet the call goes unanswered. Our goal as a station, is to maintain, the magic of both Over the Air, as well as online mom and pop, single owner rural radio and/or TV. This big media outfits, remove local programming, and tell some local guy what he or she can air. The only people that should be telling that station owner/manager what to air is the FCC, even that is margianl . Its what I have always said we are, We are Fight The System, Confederate full throttle Radio.
 TTYLY
Yes youngsters there is a major difference between a Online Radio Station and a PodCast. Every once in awhile I have realign minds. You'd think by now with all the slightly elevated from diapers techies that they'd know the difference.

People Are No Longer Dependent On Radio (really?!)
Credit: St. Louis Public Radio via RadioINK.com
As the regular readers know, this site is not purely and entirely shortwave radio-centric … we enjoy all radio.
I don’t think we’ve mentioned this web site before, but I recently ran across this article on RadioINK:
People are no longer dependent on radio.
That’s what St. Louis Public Radio contends with the launch of its new podcast, The Gateway, another short (7-15 minutes), daily news podcast. Here’s what they had to say about the new show …
Being a radio buff – or shall I say an ALL radio buff – I cannot fully comprehend that “people are no longer dependent on radio”. But I do acknowledge that technology has allowed us to manage our time better. And having a local podcast of news does appeal to many (yes, I suppose even to me at times).
It’s a very short article – three paragraphs – but I challenge the readers to comment: are you no longer dependent on radio? Okay – that’s a loaded question to this audience – just look at this post within the past 24-hours! But we’d also like to know: is there anything in your area, like this article describes of St. Louis Public Radio, where your local stations are turning to podcasts or other means to reach and/or expand their target audience?
Thanks in advance for your comments.

Lumina's usual days
A little after Alastor reforms the Happy Hotel to Hazbin Hotel, Lumina doesn't do well with new people so he's kind of waiting till everyone is less hostile before dropping her in. (Quite literally)

So there I was watching the tail end of Queen of the South on USA, and an ad for Microsoft comes up. Here is this slightly hot Blonde named Taylor Church , pitching a Laptop computer. Says she’s a TV , Podcast producer. So thinking this might be a someone to invite to join our team, I looked her up. No one in the business knows of her, and bottom line she’s not real. Just another poster girl for a TV ad that has no clue of anything she’s barking about. I’m getting tired of this crap on TV , on social sites and media in general. Its too damn phony and fake. There is not one thing hardly anymore posted on these sites, and aired on these TV ad’s that are real. People are getting lied to by TV, Social sites, politicians, both Republicans and Democrats, The Fuzz, even some Church leaders, mine included. The one source you CAN trust is us. Truth is, you CAN find us at http://www.spreaker.com/ayrewolf even just logging on one can listen to our network, even with a smartphone. The Knytes are real, as well as the WolfPack, my company is real, and yet, try as we might, we can’t get any press or hardly any from local or trade press. I have tried several times to get it in front of Mr. Rhodes at RadioInk, yet I get ignored, and yet he started a gig for us into Webcasting. Quite honestly there is nothing else like us at HazzardAyre Radio, as well as our flagship KTOW FM.
Still, there are our critics, hecklers, and folks who have no knowledge that want to point fingers and say it ain’t so. When in fact it is true. My question to the public is, why can’t ya’ll just be honest? Whether on FB, Twitter, or any other side of public media. It is better to tell the truth, than fib. I learned that one the hard way. When I was about 8, I pedaled my fancy Sears Bike down to Kowley Drug Store in Layton, one summer day. Now I had earned the trust of the gal working the soda fountain, so when she was taking out the trash and left me in charge I blemished that trust, by pocketing two boxes of Milk Duds. Went home, Mom caught me and because I both stole the candy and lied about it, my Mom took this wooden paddle toy that had a ball on it attached by a rubber band. Mom ripped off the ball, pulled down my britches, and right there in that Drug store in front of friends I’d see the next week in school, paddled my bare butt red. Today any time I even think of telling a lie I remember that afternoon. I will not lie. To PoohBear or anyone else. I think that our Rebel brethren are of the same mind space. Dixie Rebels, just do not lie. It’s just in our DNA, and follows the triangle of our Honor code, Strength, Truth, Sacrifice and the circle is the circle of honor, that symbol unites all the Knytes and WolfPack. We are very dedicated to each other with a sense of duty unmatched in American commerce or organizations. Too bad some of those who were on the debate by Democrats don’t have that same mindset. A very wise magazine publisher editor, that is the business model that the Knytes follow even today, Mike Parkhurst, original publisher of Overdrive said to me about hecklers and those that ignore you. He said, “look em in the eye, and tell em, don’t lie about me, and I wont tell the truth about you.” Something I carry with me today. So to Taylor Church spokesperson for Microsoft, Mr. Rhodes, of RadioInk, ignore me and our station if you want, but as many that copy us, we can never be duplicated or replaced. Yes we are that good, and oh yes; want to get in touch with us simple as dialing up
More in the afternoon, for me its lights out.
Truth and Real, is far beyond what is normal for our society. So there I was watching the tail end of Queen of the South on USA, and an ad for Microsoft comes up.
