Final Synopsis

After reading and discussing each other's synopsis, we decided to go for one of my team member Romaisa Amir’s synopsis as it had ample of scenes with more non diegetic sounds which will automatically solved the problem of time duration and we will show each song in detailed and on time

Synopsis

The music video starts as the camera captures a close up shot of a woman's feet (wearing black heels) in spotlight and with the help of side tracking shot, she is shown walking in an unknown direction. The scene cuts and the camera again captures a close up shot of the same woman's finger tapping the mic and is basically shown in a dismembered way with only her lips and eyes in focus at first and finally her complete face is revealed. She is standing in the middle of the stage in spotlight (lip-syncing) and the background is all black.

Cut to the scene of a table in spotlight where an Imam is ogling a woman's nude magazine but condemns the woman sitting right across to him for wearing revealing clothes and judges her for exposing her body (depicted through his hand gestures). The camera pans around and shows the same woman who's sitting right across to the Imam judging him for having a beard. The scene cuts again and the image is replaced by rosary beads loosely falling on the table. Cut to the performance where the artist first with the mic sings to the song. The scene shifts to another table in spotlight where two business wommen are shown signing a piece of paper simultaneously and after they exchange the paper, they are both shown hiding knifes behind their back. Cut to the scene where the artist sings to the song. (Performance) The scene shifts yet to another table in spotlight where a couple are seen tipping a waitress very generously but then the camera pans and shows their maid sitting neglected on another table who’s not been served any food and is taking care of their baby.

Cut to performance where the artist sings to the song. The scene shifts again and shows a couple in spotlight pretending to have a perfect life in front of people but in reality they both are cheating on each other (depicted through their hand gestures and text messages). In the last scene, the artist appears again and sings and dance to the music. The image of the artist blurs and a quote regarding hypocrisy appears. With that, the music video comes to an end and the camera blacks out.
