I really appreciate the supportive comments I get on my Lies of P fic, not that I get a lot but that those I do receive are very gracious. I appreciate that people so far have been able to engage in good faith or otherwise look away. Although I know from past experience that if you keep writing/posting, the numbers are just against you and someone's going to get weird about you as a creator eventually (I just need to prepare myself for this... again).

I don't often publicly talk about the harassment I've had to deal with in fandom, but it sucks and if you've had to deal with it too, I'm sorry. 75%+ of the time for me it's over the fluffiest stuff with like zero conflict, which goes to show that you should write/draw whatever you want, because someone somewhere is always going to be mad about it.

#if i hadn't started getting harassed over extremely basic fluff wholesome stuff i'm not sure i would have dived so hard into dark fic #shoutout to the weirdo in a previous fandom who called me out within like 3 days of me posting my first fic for the fandom #it was a breakup fic. like 300 words. they were enraged that i had the gall to write our mutual ship breaking up #do u see what i mean about writing/drawing wahtever u want #俺の #post also semi inspired by ao3 recently changing the default guest comment settings #i knew i was going to forget to ever toggle it back on individually so i just went and turned it off for all my fic #it's too bad there isn't a default setting you can change like with the gift/collection settings #especially since they added that “disable guest replies to your comments” as a toggle #hmmm
