what the fuck is wrong with people. like the way i just have to sit here and watch as they purposefully sabotage our chance for representation. ive been crying about this to various news articles for 30 minutes because this is just so messed up???? and i’m seeing homophobic people use this as an excuse to 1) condemn their beloved ‘wokeness’??? for no reason??? and 2) use it as an excuse for why gay representation shouldn’t exist. and they sound so. angry. and i just. don’t understand? why do you have so much hate? why are you so angry? i am a literal teen sitting in my bedroom on a saturday night crying about the way a multi national corporation is devaluing my life and contributing to destructive narratives that erase and oppress queer people in real life as a result… do you think i want to be here??? they have no idea of the damage this shit does and they don’t even care to listen
