I have to say, having lived in Dallas and having enjoyed the outdoor parties in Austin for SXSW that my experience with Pearl's BBQ really hit the spot for the fun of a Texas styled barbecue at a tasting a week ago. When I heard Hank III wailing that deep rootsy Country over the loud speakers under an open air shed brought it all back! Pearl’s has sweet tender and moist brisket and some drop dead ribs.
