I wasn't questioned about anything, I was allowed to use a neutral marker without vetting, they even let me freshen up? Before taking the picture? As if ID photos aren't the worst photos you'll ever have taken of you every fucking time???

Pelipper Mail! A thermos of The Soup, a soup with too heckin many ingredients to pick out, but it smells so good and it's pleasantly warm to the tongue. Little bits of meat, veggies, and even berries float in it, large enough to chew yet small enough to just gulp down. A note is taped to the side:

"Hey, another Faller! Here, have some of The Soup. I have no idea what all is in it but everyone seems to like it. Just gift to someone else if you have food allergies, just to be safe. ~ Kyle"

So what are the powers your Rings give you? Do they still work here?

Blue is Hope, it bolsters the power of every other colour except Red. Last I checked it was the only way to "cure" someone in possession of a Red Ring. However, it's also almost useless in combat on its own, which makes Blue Lanterns an "easy kill" if you ask the wrong people. They're also freakishly powerful healers if you're skilled enough with it.

Green is the classic, the one everyone knows. Willpower. Or Courage, if you're so inclined. Constructs are the name of the game. These Rings are intended to be worn by peacekeepers and folks who might need to get their hands dirty- at least that's how most wearers made use of them.

On top of that, EVERY colour of ring has a universal translator, an inventory system, and a working knowledge base of the known universe's sentient life.

... I can still suit up and fly but I haven't had a good reason to test constructs or healing yet. Inventory also works just fine, and the translator is letting me understand the Pokemon as much as the people. Recharging seems to be fine.

For a hot second I read this wondering "wait why is lantern misspelled" but no. I looked it up.

Lanturn is a fish 'mon.
