part1
So i’ve been too busy for while. Literally no time for myself or anything. Last 3 months of medicine rotation weren't less than a hell. Calls Call and Calls.. 1stmay: This is how it all started. went with such a high morale to start housejob aur insani khidmat ke jazbay se sarashaaar!!! got to know that my first rotation is of Medical ER... Literally khakkh kam nahi ata tha. Aur sonay pe sohaga Red zone me duty laga de with another senior houseofficer (now a very good friend of mine) . So with me being entering at 8pm at my designated station , seeing critical patients and the bhagaam bhaag , i felt adrenaline rush k bhai ye tau boht hi exciting job he. Lekin ye sochny ki der thy kay ek patient collapse ho gya :) :) . so Staff Zarish asked me to make dobutamine and norpine infusions in peads chamber quickly and i Was like WTH is paeds chamber? where is dobutamine? where’s norpine? *blank face* , so staff zarish immediately realized that i dont know shit about infusions and as a matter of fact ; paeds chamber too. She with much patience taught me how to make ionotrop infusions , how to set drop rate and stuff. CPR hoa aur  mje ambu bag ko inflate or deflate ki job pe lagaya hoa tha. Sadly our patient didnt survive. Ek adad Cathertrization b ki jiski khushi serf ek naye nawaily houseofficer ko hi ho sekte he :):) .  Isi taraha medicine ke parchayan banatay banatay , udhar pe stamp le le k laganay aur cpr kertay kertay pori rat guzri. mar mar k subah k 8 bje , patients shift keraye aur 10 bje ghar wapis aye. my feet were hurting like hell kio k kam az kam 10km tau chali houn gi ER me. Took a painkiller and slept till 6pm aur khawab me BSR ,BP check aur CPR kerrte rehe .  Agly din Morning OPD thy from 8am to 3pm jo intehayi boring aur sabr ka imtehan leini wali chez he with patients telling you the weirdest complaints!! Pait me hawa ka gola ban jata he??? tf . tangon ke joron me bulbulay ba gye he!! aur etni lambi lambi stories ek sawal key jawab me :] Kher mar mar k 3bje aur me seedha apni dost k pass medical unit 1 pohnch gyi (mera medical unit 2 tha) uder baray josh se kam kia , ek aur foley pass kia . 8 bje tau apni night ER ki bari a gyi. Uder pohnchty hi realize hoa k thori der rest ker leina chye tha kio k sahdeed neend a re thy aur tangon me b boht dard tha.. kher ab kia ho sekta tha. Night Er tau krni he thy. got assigned in bay 5,6 (Jo ke sab se mushkil hote he as maximum number of patients are retained there) oper se DR. xyz incharge thy jo k kafi sarru hein. Her orders list went like that, Iski b ABGS , iski b ABGS , falan ki b ABGS , mje iske vitals stat me btao,  falan ki BSR stat me btao, falan ki suctioning kero, iski CVP measure kero aur her kise  ki one hourly monitoring . Me being a naive h.o with extreme needle phobia didnt know shit about ABGs. ek kamzoor se baba je ki kalai pakri - God knows baba jee se zeada dar mje lag raha tha!! aur seedha needle unki radial artery me dalny ki koshish...  mje radial artery tau na  mili balki needle seedha bone pe lgi, baba jee ki bhi chekhein niklein aur mere b! at that moment i realized how much i suck at ABGs and how much i feel panicked. with more and more patients coming , i lost my cool. kuch samjh ni a raha tha k kider se kam shuru kero so i had one option ; ro k dil ka bhoj halka ker loun. luckily an ex houseofficer jo kise kam se aye thi , saw me aur mere kafi help ki. kafi kuch samjhaya aur sekhaya bhi.  i feel utmost respect for her cause of this gesture.  One thing that sucked about having your first rotation at ER was k nobody has time there to teach you, you have to learn things on your own. Nobody gave a shit about my needle phobia , kio k wahan koi itna farigh nahi hota k bar bar mere lye ABGs kr de. maybe thats How i got over this thing; because i knew ive to do it on my own, nobody was going to do it for me! NG  pass kerna azab lgta tha but i had to do it. suctioning se dil kharab hota tha but i had to do it . God knows i never had lunch/ dinner once during my er kio k time hi ni milta tha. ramzan a gya aur sehri aftari bhag bhag k kerni hote thy k cause patints/attendants k lye drip ruk jana b ek boht bari emergency thy. so nobody cared k apka roza he aur ap ny kholna he. ya ap ny sehri b kerni he! mushkil waqt tha lekin memorable b. hum barian laga laga k sehri aftari kerte thy...

The stomach is that the major organ of your body that helps you to digest food and supply energy to the entire body. Stomach pain are often caused by bad eating habits or excessive use of spices in your foods mainly fast foods and junk foods. These spices first upset the stomach and after a short time can cause stomachache and ulcers. Stomach pain (Gas ka ilaj) occurs between the chest and pelvic areas.

Pait dard ka ilaj
Tumblr media
Many of us don't need to get treatment for stomach pain. But if you have occasional pain and bowel movements with blood, you should go to the doctor: if you have diarrhea or vomiting. If you have chronic pain and lasting more than a couple of days, you probably have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). You should see a doctor, especially if you also have abdominal pain and fever.
If you have pain in the abdomen, pain in the upper back, or pain in the chest, your doctor may be able to tell you when you are IBS. If you have IBS, your doctor may recommend medication. He may suggest a natural remedy or an alternative therapy to treat it. But sometimes your doctor will want to take a more active role in managing your symptoms. And if your symptoms persist, he may prescribe medications that will help control them.
Treatments for IBS can help you with symptoms like diarrhea, bloating, nausea, and vomiting. A medicine called Zantac can help. It can be used as an over-the-counter medicine or in a pill form taken by mouth (Pait Dard ka ilaj). It is usually taken about three times daily.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain killers may also be used to manage pain and vomiting. There are over-the-counter pain killers that can be used to treat IBS symptoms. They include Advil, Motrin, and Ibuprofen. Be sure that you are taking these medicines only on the advice of your doctor, or on your own terms.
One very effective way to deal with IBS is to try different things and see what works best for you. You may find that changing your diet can be an effective treatment for stomach pain and other symptoms of IBS.
Some foods can trigger a flare-up of symptoms in people with IBS. Foods that may cause IBS are ones that contain wheat and yeast. Also, spicy foods are a common trigger. Caffeinated beverages, fatty foods, chocolate, caffeinated sodas, and chocolate flavored yogurt can also contribute to abdominal pain and other symptoms.
Certain foods or drinks can upset the stomach or intestinal tract. This may make it hard to digest. It can also cause constipation. If you have IBS, avoid these foods or drinks to avoid constipation.
Eat foods that are easy on your digestive system, and eat foods that are fiber rich. Foods that have high amounts of fiber may help you avoid having a bad reaction to the foods and drinks mentioned above. Also, eat foods that are high in antioxidants. Fruits and vegetables are especially good.
It is important to treat the symptoms as soon as possible. If the symptoms are severe, you may need to take anti-inflammatory medication. If the symptoms are mild and just make you uncomfortable, there are many different ways to treat the symptoms.
There are two treatments for stomach pain (Pait dard ka ilaj). The first is medication, which you will be prescribed. The second is dietary and lifestyle changes. If you follow a good diet and exercise, you should find that your symptoms go away in about a week.
The last option is home remedies. These include relaxation techniques, such as meditation and yoga. Relaxation techniques may help you relax, reducing anxiety, stress, and tension. In addition, relaxation may help reduce abdominal pain and other symptoms of IBS.
A diet low in fat and high in fiber can also help relieve symptoms. Low-fat diets and low-fiber diets, especially whole grain and low-sugar diets can help you feel more energetic and fit.
There are many different home remedies for treating IBS pain. Take time to research the options you have.
