how do you guys with dysphoria and stuff handle taking selfies. i feel like thats a dumb question and im sorry if it is but everytime i attempt i just feel sick

#i have to be like super happy and super calm to let someone take my picture or just in special interest mode #otherwise there are too many factors. dysphoria. always being mocked when my photos are taken. #also most people on here throw shitfits over acne on drawings how do i expect you to deal with an actual person with it #i want to eventually have the courage to post my face bc a lot of people take pride in doing so #but yknow. im tired. #echoed voice
