OC design based on one of the g4 minifigs. Pepperdance here was an Applejack recolour.

Pepperdance was raised on a pepper farm, but found a job at the Gilded Grotto soon after moving to Manehattan. A respected member of the staff, she plays both hostess and taskmaster to its businesses as needed.

Hey you posted that art already, you say. And you would be right. It was supposed to be attached to a story and I posted about it back around Christmas but decided against it cause I got too anxious.

But since I've pushed through that to post some other stories, I figured why not? The holidays are a long way away in both directions, but really, the holiday spirit is a state of mind. It can be Hearth's Warming in April if I really want it to be. Waiting for the actual season would take too long.

…nearly every part of the production of Going Forth was new, from the top down, and that of course, includes the actors. Making her Bridleway debut in the role of Somnambula, Pomp Caprice has more than proven herself for the crowds. Bright and compelling from scene to scene such as her softness when she comforts the refugees, or sharp as a knife when dealing with Mastaba, Pomp's skill at bringing the old legend to life is not to be missed. Here she is performing the Second Act opening number "Hold Your Head Up High." Note the costume, carefully designed and hoof-stitched by…  ~ Beat Bangtails

Sort of a companion piece to my Candor as Hathor I did a while ago. I should have embellished the costume design a bit more but outside the headdress, nothing was really coming out satisfyingly for me.

From her start as the minor Batty Button in Park on the Corner through leading roles in shows like Midnight Storm and Knock on Wood, and more recent performances like Going Forth and Rage where she’s been allowed to really show her talents, she's always bound to be a blast on stage.

Her sudden appearance on Bridleway has been a boon to audiences, and with her skill at directing, who knows what she could bring in the future? ~ Beat Bangtails

And the full set of Candor roles. The idea here is that it's like a promo poster of her favorites. All the descriptions here and in the older posts are from Beat. This took far longer than I thought it was going to, but it feels really satisfying to actually see it done.

OC. A nervous and meek wreck with wings, Pomp Caprice is also a fresh new face on Bridleway. Inspired by her idol Candor Countershade, she took to the stage but remains unsure if it's the right place for her.

OC. Port Paravane is a young, strong, but uncertain wall of a pony. He's good at following orders as long as there's a paycheck involved. Certain types of jobs tend to open themselves for someone like that. Sometimes, he wishes they didn't.

Candor Countershade's debut role was a minor one, as an excitable unnamed friend of the lead in a production called Park on the Corner. It was so minor that she was the only one who auditioned, but put her all into it to prove herself.

Her efforts attracted quite a lot of attention, and caused the relatively minor role to be expanded; the character was given the name Batty Button and even got a full song of her own.

So I just might have come up with a bunch of fake plays for Candor to have acted in. Yeah.
