THE BACKSTORY:
Michael Gatina is the life of the party. He’s here for a good time, not necessarily a long time. After all, you only live once, right? Though he has a lot of friends and is pretty well-liked around Tree Hill, Michael’s inner circle is very, very small. If you’re lucky enough to be part of it, there isn’t much Michael won’t do for you. Others, not so much.
In high school, Michael was the captain of the basketball team and the leading scorer - he was two points shy of beating Jamie Scott’s record. It sucked that he couldn’t break the record, but he recognized talent when he saw it - game recognizes game - and he was okay with it.
School was meant for socializing and not studying, Michael wasn’t too keen on the work part of school. He managed to do enough to stay on the basketball team, but that was about it. Currently, Michael attends Tree Hill University on a basketball scholarship. He has no idea what he wants to do with the rest of his life and he’s okay with that for now. College is a whole new world of opportunities, who knows where the wind might blow.

Blair Dupre: He's had a crush on Blair for as long as he can remember, but he's never acted on it because he doesn't want to hurt their friendship.
Addison Evans: Addison takes most of Michael's pictures for any of his modeling shoots.

THE BACKSTORY:
At the age of 5 years old, Aaron was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy - the same heart condition that his Uncle Lucas developed. While Aaron’s overall prognosis was fine, he would never be able to play sports like the rest of his family. It sucked and he didn’t understand it at first, but it got easier as he got older. Aaron supported his siblings and friends at their games and was definitely loudest one cheering. He kept the stats for basketball games and sometimes he’d help Mary Anna McFadden do commentary on her podcasts. He also took an interest in music. When he couldn’t play basketball, he decided that he wanted to try his hand at the guitar - something that his mom was eager to teach him. He got really good at guitar, but it was really just a hobby for him. He enjoyed learning his favorite songs and putting his own spin on them. If he thought one was good enough, he’d post it to his socials - but there weren’t many that were shared there. Aaron also dabbles in modeling.
Since graduating from Tree Hill High, Aaron is enrolled at Tree Hill University. Much like his mother and Uncle Lucas, Aaron enjoys school. He’s currently studying math and hopes to be a teacher one day.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Jamie Scott: Aaron's relationship with his brother has always been a little strained, but not for any reason in particular; he really doesn't know why.
Lydia Scott: Aaron is closer to Lydia than Jamie.
He's always found her easier to talk to.

THE BACKSTORY:
Keith Allan Scott, named after his father’s beloved uncle, is the youngest son to Lucas and Peyton. From the moment he was born, his name was never a question - both Lucas and Peyton agreed that it was fitting. He has his father’s face and brooding tendencies but has more in common with his mother. His music taste is as eclectic as it comes (yes, his parents are very proud) and he has a playlist for every occasion.
People would say that Allan is very well-rounded, but he honestly just has a lot of interests. He played basketball because he loved the game, much like his father did in high school. You could also find Allan at Red Bedroom Records, Karen’s Cafe, or Baker Man at any given day during the week - just depending on who needed the most help on that day. Allan is also a very talented artist, something that not many people know about him. He prefers old school paper and pencil drawing, but he understands the value of digital art as well.
During his senior year, Allan received several offers to attend highly rated art schools. Ultimately though, he chose to stay in Tree Hill for college. People keep telling him that he’ll probably regret that decision someday, but he doesn’t understand how - not when all of his people are in Tree Hill.

THE BACKSTORY:
Davis Baker is essentially the male equivalent of what his mother was in high school, just with better grades. School came exceptionally easy to Davis, something that his siblings are jealous of. He was the co-captain of the basketball team and the leading scorer for his high school class. If a party is happening, Davis will be there - no matter who’s throwing it. Unlike Brooke, Davis didn’t really mind school. He didn’t love it but he didn’t hate it either; he was indifferent. He was easily in the top 10 of his class without even trying and that was good enough for him - he didn’t care to be any higher.
Currently, Davis is about to finish up his freshman year at Tree Hill University, where he’s playing basketball. He’s been taking generic classes so far and has good grades. He’s just not really sure what the future holds and it kinda terrifies him to think about it….so he doesn’t.

THE BACKSTORY:
Dennis Daniels is the only child of Jack Daniels and Sam Walker. He’s heard all of the stories of how terrible his parents lives were as kids and is grateful that it didn’t happen to him. If anything, his parents probably go overboard to ensure that Dennis never went without something.
For a family to be as wealthy as they are, you’d really never know it by the way that the Daniels’ family carried themselves. Dennis didn’t care about nice clothes or bags or anything like that; he was just himself. If Dennis could describe school in one word, it would be ‘meh’. The kid was beyond brilliant - number one in his class since 3rd grade when he moved back to Tree Hill - but he didn’t put much weight in those kinds of things anyway. Dennis is very present and interactive with people. He’s does a pretty good job of making people smile with his witty and dry, typically sarcastic, sense of humor.
Since graduation, Dennis has been at a standstill. He had quite a few offers from different schools and the financial ability to pretty much go wherever he wanted, but he’s just not quite sure what the rest of his life looks like and he’s having a hard time figuring that out.

THE BACKSTORY:
Until the age of 10, Kayden was raised on a tour bus. His mother, Mia’s music career was at an all time high when he was born. For a long time he felt like maybe he wasn’t supposed to be here. Watching how his mom struggled to balance music and caring for him was difficult, but she never made him feel like anything less than.
At ten years old, Kayden and his mom finally settled back in Tree Hill. Mia told him stories about the town and he was excited at the prospect of staying in one place for more than a few weeks at a time. She promised him that she wouldn’t do any more major touring until he graduated and she kept her promise.
Kayden is the kind of guy that everyone loves. He’s very sociable, never meets a stranger, and will go out of his way just to make a person smile. He never wanted anyone to feel left out and would go to great lengths to include as many people as he could in whatever it was that was going on.
College was never in Kayden’s plans, he just didn’t want to go. So when he graduated, Kayden went right to work. He’s held several odd jobs for the last few years but now that he’s finally twenty-one, Kayden is learning the ropes of bar tending at Tric.

THE BACKSTORY:
Logan Reece Evans is the only child of Clay and Sara Evans. He and his dad had a bit of a rocky start, considering Clay removed Logan from his memory, but it all ended up okay. Logan had a lot of questions about everything at first and he really wasn’t sure how to ask them. With Quinn’s help though, Logan and his dad were able to move past it all. He never got a chance to know his mother, but he’s always claimed Quinn as his own. Much like his father, Logan is a sports guy. He loves them all - basketball, soccer, baseball, football - but hockey is his absolute favorite. Quinn and Clay took him ice skating when he was 8 and Logan was a natural. He frequently attended The Carolina Hurricanes’ games growing up and also played goalie for his high school team. Logan never really aspired to play at the next level, he honestly didn’t think he was that good. So he was quite surprised when the head coach from the University of Vermont showed up at one of the last games his junior year and offered him a scholarship to play for them the following season.
Though Logan was incredibly smart, his main passion was music. He his mom and aunt Haley to thank for that, he supposed. Haley was the one who taught him to play piano. He learned guitar and drums all on his own. He had a knack for photography too and he appreciated it, often helped his mom out from time to time with different photoshoots, but it wasn’t the same for him.
Currently, Logan holds a bachelors degree in Music from the University of Vermont and plays minor league hockey for the Checkers in Charlotte, NC. When he’s not on the ice, you’re likely to find Logan playing music with his band at bars around the East Coast.
RELATIONSHIPS
Jamie Scott: & Dre Fields: Logan grew up playing with Jamie and Dre, and is close with them both. Logan loves going to Jamie and Dre's basketball games. He doesn't get to go as often as he likes, but he tries to go whenever he can. They support him at hockey games and music gigs as they can too.

THE BACKSTORY:
Nathan Smith is the eldest son to Tim Smith and Bevin Mirskey. His parents divorced when he was three and Nathan spent all of his adolescent years bouncing between their houses. It wasn’t an ideal situation, but it was just something he had to deal with. When Nathan was six his mother started dating Skills Taylor, which Nathan had no problems with. He liked Skills, they didn’t fight all the time like his parents had and that was definitely something Nathan could get on board with.
Nathan played basketball with Jamie and Dre, but he didn’t love the game the way that Jamie and Dre did. Nathan held odd jobs all throughout high school, doing whatever he could do to keep himself busy. Once he graduated high school, Nathan ended up at Tree Hill University and earned his ASE certification to be a mechanic. He currently manages the body shop in Tree Hill.

THE BACKSTORY:
All Andre ever wanted was to be just like his older brother Quentin. Quentin played basketball, so logically Andre would play basketball. Even after Quentin’s death, Andre carried Quentin with him. His jersey number 44 was rightfully retired, so Dre wore the number 22 in honor of his brother - it was only fitting that his number be half of his brothers. During his freshman year, Jamie, Nathan, and Dre led the Ravens to a championship win - something that would become the tradition throughout the rest of his high school years. Dre didn’t really have any career aspirations outside of basketball, but he knew that he needed to go to college in order to further his career. He ended up at Duke alongside Jamie where he majored in History. He knew that coaching was something he would be good at because it involved basketball and history was his favorite subject, so he could teach something too. While at Duke, Dre and Jamie helped lead the team to championship seasons for all three years. During the final game of his junior season, Dre was drafted to Miami Heat as a shooting guard and is currently one of the top five scorers on the team.

THE BACKSTORY:
If you were to look up the definition of the word ‘persevere’ in the dictionary, you would find a picture of Chuck Scolnik beside the definition. An abusive, absentee father combined with an always present but alcoholic mother are a very bad combination for any teenager to have to deal with and it caused immense problems for Chuck throughout high school. He often rotated houses throughout the week, alternating between Jamie and Dre’s places just to have some peace and quiet to be able to study.
School was hard, but thankfully Chuck had the support system of his friends to help him through it. He wasn’t a terrible athlete but he didn’t love basketball like Jamie, Dre, and Nathan did, so he opted to be in the stands instead of on the court. The summer before his junior year of high school, Chuck decided that he wanted to join the AirForce. He knew that he needed to study twice as hard just to be able to graduate In order to make that happen. It took an immense amount of effort, but he was successful.
The AirForce was absolutely the hardest thing that Chuck has ever done, but he loved every second of it. Chuck is part of the Tactical Air Control Party. He is stationed at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas.
Currently, Chuck is home on leave for approximately eight weeks before he is deployed again.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Jamie Scott, Dre Fields, & Nathan Smith: Chuck owes most everything to his friends. He wouldn't be where he is today without their support.

Jamie is the eldest son to Nathan and Haley Scott. He was born while his parents were still in high school and has had an incredible support system his whole life. It took a couple of seasons, but Jamie was able to get season tickets for his whole family to watch him play whenever they want to. After all, he’d wouldn’t be here with out any of them.
After beating his father’s scoring record in high school, Jamie went on to play basketball at Duke University - something his parents are incredibly proud of. He is drafted to the Charlotte Hornets during the last game of his junior season and is their starting point guard. He is still incredibly close to his family and comes home as often as he can. It’s not as often as he’d like, but he tries his best to make it work.
