In 2003, scientists retrieved a tracking device that they had attached to a female #greatwhiteshark several weeks before. The data revealed that the shark had swum down 580 meters (1,900 feet) in several seconds, and that its temperature raised from 7-28 degrees Celsius (46-78 Fahrenheit). Such extreme statistics could only be explained if the shark was eaten by a much, much larger creature. As #apexpredators great whites have only been known to be eaten by other #greatwhites or, occasionally, #orcas. Sagar Public School Ratibad marked its Second Annual Day on the theme ‘Flight for Excellence’ with great zeal and enthusiasm. Dubey Director Human Resources, Sagar Group, Headmistress of School Ms Rashmi Seth governing members of Sagar Public School and SISTec, parents, guests and invitees were present on the occasion. A vibrant and colorful programme in vibrant color attire marked the presentation based on the theme ‘‘Flight for Excellence’ in which over 150+ Sagarites exhibited epitome of humanism by spreading their wings of excellence highlighting the school’s theme of ‘Living the Virtues.’ Sagarites welcomed all by traditional Indian Classical Dance in Divine Souls followed by spectacular song & dance of Oceanlore . A Yoga Session of Way to Wellness for presented ‘Health is Wealth’ and highlighted the importance of fitness as integral part of our culture with a message of achieving excellence with a healthy body, mind and soul. English Skit Gizmo Frenzy highlighted mobile mania and mobile fever existing in our families which are diverting us from excellence. Tapping Toes dance of Class I Sagarites messaged of converting your dreams to reality with hard work and continuous effort. Hindi Comic Skit ‘Bhagat Chale Swarg Ke Dwar highlighted values of honesty and truth as key value of excellence of human beings. Bhangra Beats and Krishna Dance in Abode of God in colorful attire presented the excellence of Unity in Diversity to achieve excellence in by focused approach towards goal identification, leading it with example to achieve it. A felicitation ceremony also marked the day with award of scholarships to meritorious students for their achievement and outstanding performances in academics followed by recognition to teachers and staff for their efforts in serving school which was applauded by the audience.
