While his daughter Amiri was spending her school break in Chestnut Ridge with her mom, Dino took some time off and took a little mini trip to San Sequoia to meet his son for the first time.

Co-parenting with Angel has been a bit of a challenge. Ultimately, she's still hurt from him cheating on her but She's beginning to come around. She finally allowed for him to see him in person for the first time. Up until this point, she would only allow him to FaceTime. Despite him not being the best significant other, he's a damn good father. And she knows that. How he is to/about his children is what she admires most about him.

and little Kai was pretty excited to meet his daddy. He was showing out on the milestones the whole time. Just smiling and napping in his arms all day. Dino even got him to start crawling. 🥺

Afterwards it was time for a bottle, bath, and bed. So Daddy wasted no time while Angel cooked dinner, so they could discuss a few things before it was time for him to head out...

It took EVERYTHING in her to not ask him to stay the night but she set boundaries (and she's fighting hard...very...hard...to uphold them). Although she does miss him, deep down she's still hurting. But It did feel good to have some help with Kai and a nice, long embrace from the arms that she loves so much. Not to mention...He fed, cuddled, and walked her dog too. Spoiled ass dog!

They established a visitation schedule and settled on an amount that he will provide for child support. Prior to now, he tried to send money but she's stubborn and wasn't interested in anything from him.

He had hoped they would rekindle their relationship because he's been hurting too since she left him but it looks like he's gonna have to put in more work. More work than he's ever had to do when it comes to beggin' a woman for forgiveness. They make my damn stomach hurt It was cute seeing them together again and not arguing for once. *sighs* Growth... 😬

Change is inevitable, right!?

After a nasty break-up with Dino due to his infidelity, Angel impulsively relocated for a change of scenery, a fresh start. Selling her house in Del Sol Valley to purchase her first investment property (2 bedroom/2bathroom waterfront condo in San Sequoia). The Landgraab's tried their hardest to persuade the original owners (Anaya & Baako Jang) but they went with the better offer instead.

Shortly after Angel moved in she found out that she was pregnant. She always knew she would hang up her 7 inch heels by the time she turned 30 but she never anticipated it would be due to motherhood. But as per usual, life had other plans. She didn't tell Dino about their child until 3 months after she had given birth. Honestly, she couldn't stand the sight of him after what he had done to her. But she knew now was not the time to be selfish, Kai deserves to know his father. And one things for sure, Dino's a damn good father.

Dino has yet to meet baby bean in person but he gets to video chat with him whenever he wants. (He's Dino's first son). Of course he tries to whisper sweet nothings in Angel's ear but for now, she's not giving him the time of day. She is focusing on furnishing her condo. Although she intended on renting it out, she is pacing herself. So far, Kai is teaching our girl a lot about patience (and we love to see it).

He is a Sunny infant, who loves to be held and loves wake-up time. So far, so good. He's Angel's little angel (literally her saving grace). Never thought I'd see the day Miss ma'am would slow down a bit but motherhood looks good on her! Even if it was unexpected for the both of us...🥺

Kimora "Angel" White (Young Adult; 29ish)

Breathe. Stretch. Shake. Let- no but seriously, dance has always been Angel's life. Before she learned to say her first words, she was able to catch the beat...and stay on it. Island Radio is most definitely her favorite, always has been. She was born in Sulani but adopted at birth and raised by one of the wealthiest families in Newcrest; The White's (a family full of successful Black architects, entrepreneurs, engineers, and politicians). Unfortunately, she's never met her biological parents due to it being a closed adoption (however she did get a chance to meet and develop a relationship with her grandmother on her father's side, more on that here).

Nicknamed "Angel" because she was her (adopted) parent's answered prayer, after struggling with infertility for years. They made sure she attended the best schools and nurtured her many interests, with dance being the main thing she excelled at (aside from academics). She had the opportunity to attend an Ivy League College but opted to attend an HBCU to experience being a Majorette, which essentially was the highlight of her college years. It was something about being out on that field, underneath all the bright lights with the band as their soundtrack that did it for her. During her 3rd year, she was invited to a pole dancing class hosted by a friend-of-a-friend...and loved it. A few months after taking classes, she auditioned at a local club...and it was a wrap! The environment, the money, the attention...all of it gave her life. She somehow managed a hectic schedule (her studies, college dance life, night dance life) without losing her scholarship(s) or anyone finding out about her secret life.

Fast forward to present day, although she managed to graduate with two degrees...she's still workin' at the pyramid...

Brain Dump // Ideas Incoming: Seeing all them together in one place (basically grouped together by story) just gave me so much inspiration! I know for a fact that I won't be able to have an ongoing years long story series but what my brain can do is tell each story like a mini-series with a designated number of episodes/chapters (some may be one-off's, kinda like how fan fic writers do their stories). A few will be told in machinima form while the others will be written.

They all exist in the same world because ultimately each story is connected in some way.
