just saw my neighbor toss a FULL cup of pinesol into her laundry, which looked like mostly bed sheets 🫠🫠🫠 idk that i'd trust an industrial grade disinfectant against my skin every night 💀

#like it has pine oil which in itself can cause liver and kidney problems #but also toluene which i think chronic exposure can be really fucking bad!!! #not to mention. i think we need to stop using disinfectants so haphazardly #not to sound ''crunchy'' or whatever it's called bc i think those people are idiots #but disinfectant overuse is a main cause of superpathogens like mrsa #i dont think your sheets need to be disinfected truthfully!!! or your clothes or anything like that #the only circumstance might be if human or animal waste comes into contact but #ugh idk like even the laundry disinfectants in the store really creep me out #pregnant women are always told to avoid disinfectant contact like that #i hate to think what the average human can face if youre near that shit all the time #chatter
