back sore. when i lie down & breathe in deep, i get a sharp shooting pain :/

#i can't tell if the pain is down my spine or deep in my chest. it just like. it hurts bad #i think it's both but it hurts so bad i don't want to try it again bc it's the kind of pain that feels like it could lock #not consulting google bc the last time i did it told me i have lung cancer. #every time i think maybe i should go get it checked out it fixes itself & i'm like. well. that's that #7
