they make lots of movies in your city?

not specifically in my city that I know of, though I could certainly stand to be more in the loop on productions, it’s mostly all under the radar for me except for a couple here and there thanks to one SAG friend who’s always sending me news releases and audition calls for things about to film in NJ/Philly/and kinda NYC now bc I’m not too far from there.. basically I’m in a pretty good spot to travel

like most LA actors and production peeps travel over an hour too it sounds like 😬 so yeah 1ish hour to NYC & 2ish to philly is notsobad. i just hate /am not the most familiar with parking or traveling by train then subway in new york so rn it’s my least favorite and least likely place to go lol. hopefully that will change with time, but smaller projects and theaters/studios/classes are all over (and more frequently have easy free parking🤩)
