♡ Nookstone Rebuild ♡ $69,279 ♡ no cc ♡ 31 packs (specifics below)

I see this as a home for someone who doesn't spend a ton of time there, but likes to be comfortable when they do. There's a little collection of artifacts and a suitcase by the front door, plus an archaeology work bench out back. I committed hard to the pool before anything else, so this is the little story my mind came up with: A small, comfortable home for a traveler making pitstops between trips.

There is 1 bed + 1 bath. A really open kitchen. A tiny space with a couch and tv. A nice little patio out back with a bar, grill, and dining table. And a pool + sauna off the main living area.

NOOKSTONE BUNKER - a residential lot by amoebae

Just an innocent old concrete electrical station in the desert. Nothing to see here. Aliens? Who mentioned aliens? Not me.

The only custom content used was my Shiftable Mirrors (which lets you move mirrors freely on the wall). If you don't have that installed you might find any wall mirrors disappear. If that happens, you can simply replace them with whatever you like.

I have every build/buy pack and kit (except Bust the Dust!) and used a lot of them for this build. Anything missing can be replaced with whatever you have in your own game.

First post here! I've been working on rebuilding all the lots in my game and wanted to share some of the screenshots. This one is my current build for the Nookstone lot in Bedrock Strait, Oasis Springs. It's a home for my hoarder slob sims, who live there with their teenage son and puppy.

Meet your bowling buddies at Come to Llama’s Taqueria at the lot formerly known as Nookstone.

Tiny restaurant for Oasis Springs. I wanted to wait for Strangerville before tackling a house because of the new build/buy stuff. The Sims just didn’t want to behave while I was taking pics. First it was cloudy, then some child kept making a mess. Plus, Miss Judith Ward couldn’t resist attending the grand opening for a photo op.

Just because your budget is tight, it doesn't mean you have to live ugly in the desert, right? Here is an industrial starter. A green lush oasis with glass roof for a single household. A stylish but simple home with all basics provided, even a laptop and TV is included. Earn the bucks for a little BBQ spot at the backyard.

Living in Bedrock Straight can be still decent as long you live in this Oasis Nook and who cares if the district is classified as “working-class”. Seriously who did come up with this nonsense? Pah, we make this district worth to live in.

My dude decided it’s time for a shower while I made the shots, what a cutie! Love the shadow/light effect during the day in this building🤩.

Those tiny lots aren’t that bad at least you get them done in a decent amount of time, or is it just me that building takes so much time, lol.

I have finally finished rebuilding all 21 lots of Oasis Springs!!! As always, with my world reno builds, all 21 lots are completely cc-free. Each neighborhood has been designed to match to fit a theme. The overall feel of the world is now Mid Century Modern. Oasis Springs now truly feels like an oasis with bright, refreshing colors in the middle of the warm, dry desert. I have done a Willow Creek rebuild, too, and I’ve released a save file including all of the new builds for both worlds.
