Holy smokes dude your ocs sounds awesome!! If you don't mind, what do they wear (both in modern and au)?

(Plus if bumper needs a friend/someone to interact with, I have two newsies ocs for flushing that you can use if you want:))

ahh tysm!! I love my ocs 🥺 (and that would be great if you'd be okay with that!)

so in my modern au they all kinda wear whatever is comfortable for each season but all have their preferred 'style'. bumper is very much a band shirt type of person, he loves p!atd. modern minx is non binary and loves wearing hoodies. signal dresses like troy from hsm2. birdy really likes wearing rompers, she finds them super comfy.

in canon, they wear:

birdy. blue socks that she - accidentally - stole from elmer, gray and green striped shirt, black suspenders and matching knee length trousers. hair is usually in two messy braids.

signal. patchwork dress. jack, with the help of the others, made it for the first birthday she celebrated with them, normally just paired with some dark blue tights. generally prefers to keep her hair short, usually just above her shoulders.

minx. orange dungarees, a bright green tartan shirt that is definitely too big for her, and dark red socks. she has no concept of colour co-ordination and I love her for it. hair is in the style of a pixie cut.

bumper. one of the older flushing newsies, dresses similar to jack, just with a different colour scheme. black shirt, dark purple waistcoat and blue trousers. wears a locket around his neck that has a photo of his mother inside.
