All proceeds from any sales with this design will be going to the Aboriginal Literacy Foundation.

This is an idea for a new Australian flag. The top half colour is a very simple mix of the Australian Aboriginal Flag’s black and the blue of the current Oz flag. (Pretty simple mix, but I do like the colour.) The Southern Cross coming up over the horizon gives the idea – I hope – of the vastness of this country, especially when seen in the outback and rural areas. Anyone who’s seen the stars from central Australia will know what I’m talking about.

I’ve decided to include it with my  ‘ somersbyman.redbubble.com ’ stuff because it’d be great to raise some money, but also because I want the design to be seen and thought about.
