I'm reminded today that self-imposed limitations when it comes to art-making are exhausting. Bad art happens in preparation for great art, and honestly, even some of the worst pieces can still have a spark the next time you come around to them! I need to remember that there's joy in the building up and not just in the polishing stage, and it's okay to let yourself run wild at any stage of creating something new <3
