"Prince Marine: The Dandy Robot stars the eponymous main character, Marine, who is on a quest to save his kingdom (and subsequently the world) from a dangerous robot known only as "Top Hat." Tagging along is a sullen vagabond named Prima and pet alligator, Iolite. Together, the trio must travel from planet-to-planet across the Chromia System to collect pieces of the Core, a mysterious artifact of unknown origin. Along the way, Marine will find out what and the why of Top Hat's goals, learn a lot about himself away from his privileged lifestyle, and stumble upon skeletons in his family's closet.
Prince Marine: The Dandy Robot is a space fantasy and is recommended for folks who enjoy collect-a-thon plots, fanciful adventures, pulp fiction aesthetic, a dash of fashion, oceanic and sky visuals, and queer romance.
The comic is suited for a teen and up audience. There are (or will be) some violent and sexual themes, but largely can be read safely. Still, please be advised. "

I really enjoyed this one!! The art style is super fun (traditional media??? IN THIS ECONOMY????) and it feels a lot like the old school passion project webcomics I love so much. The archive is the perfect size to get invested without panicking so I highly recommend jumping on now, really looking forward to more!

Concept: Strange puts Otto up in an apartment somewhere so he can have his own space outside of the sanctorum. Otto single-handedly reduces the housing costs in the area so the building receives an influx of undergrad/grad students looking to stay. They’re all weary of him at first (and he of them). He tries to only go out at night to avoid as many people as possible but quickly realizes his folly. College students are up at all hours of the day and all odd hours of the night. As hard as he tries, he can’t avoid sharing elevator cars or bumping into them at the mail boxes.
Eventually they all acclimate.
Otto becomes their surrogate college dad. Every so often, if he’s feeling the energy for it, he’ll leave his door unlocked over the weekend if students need a safe space. He has four cybernetic arms, he’s not worried about being robbed or anything. The students sometimes leave knickknacks in return for his curious arms to play with.
He finds a purpose in it and realizes he enjoys the feeling he gets from taking care of others.

sometimes i remember way back in 2006 when my older brother and his friends were showing me this “cool new website called youtube” and how it basically had every tv show and movie on there for free so ofc THE VERY FIRST THING I DID was look up danny phantom stuff and to see if TUE was up on there because that was my favorite episode lmfao
i also remember finding a video someone made about neoyi’s old chess piece comic that was basically the entire fist chapter set to classical music. it also had a link to her deviantart and that was how i discovered DA livjeournal ff.net etc and the larger DP fandom
eventually i ended up migrating to livevideo after viacom started taking down people’s vids and i would spend hours on there just watching all the DP episodes cut up into three parts and AMVs and junk people would make
SO YEAH that was a trip down memory lane

Well, I'm finally entering the DannyMay ring! And what better day than this for something I'm finally ready to share!

You know, it's about time I did this sort of concept where Nyreena had been swept up in Freakshow's power and his latest controlled performer. And what better way then to use it for today's Chaos prompt? XD
And finally dress her as ballerina, something that seriously needed to be done for quite a while XD

FIRST POST OF 2022!!!! LET'S GOOOO!!!!
Oh man, I am so, so, so, so happy at how this turned out!!! It has been a long time since I worked on this so I definitely had to make it a goal of this year to get it done as one of the first projects of the year. And to get it done in just two separate days of working on it I'm very proud that it came out better than I expected.

Switch Specter of Torment AU
So like
propeller knight is a sky pirate right?
so he also steals stuff right?
and if he’s like some robin hood character, it might be possible he’d go after the evil amulet just to get rid of its evil or something.
So here’s my idea, specter of torment story, but specter knight and propeller knight positions are switched.
because you see, shit went down in that tower, poor propeller knight died (sorta)
The Enchanter (cause in switch au it’s shovel Knight who got possessed) is being an ass to him and now he’s the one trying to get all the knights together so that he can be brought back to life, then he leaves, goes back to his sky ships, to his crew and never look back, or at least, that’s the plan but it’s specter of torment story, so I am certain there is going to be a catch at some point.
and during all that he comes across the Lich Yard and i’s infamous master thief aka Donovan who is still alive, who goes by... Thief Knight or something, instead of specter knight, cause he’s not dead.
there is still a lot of undead happening there but the undead like Donovan so he’s actually keeping things nicely in order there.
which means the villagers that live there are also ok with Donovan, which is kinda odd, cause the guy is a thief and all but he’s not a bad guy.
and Thief Knight is really good at what he does because he still has the phase locket, which he uses to just ghost himself into places, what a cheat.
this might also be the reason why the dead like him.
and with hat being said, Propeller knight isn’t trying to power up a locket but instead his rose crest thingy (I really like it’s design)
if Luan and Propeller knight are buddies then at least I am sure that Luan isn’t such a scruffy beardy guy cause mister Fancy French isn’t gonna let that happen while he can do something about it.
I am horrible prospecter trash though so I am still thinking of a way to work that in as well ;p
