I just have a little message for my mutuals and followers right now. It’s very important for me, so it would mean a lot to me if you would read it 💞

I always feel like I put in so much negativity concerning NCT as a group and I truly feel so sorry for that. I truly, truly do. It would be a pure horror for me, if I would ruin another one’s experiences simply because of my own complaints towards SM and the way the group is handled and structured.

Truth is, I realized that I simply can’t crawl out of my skin and NCT’s system makes me feel exhausted on an emotional instance. I’m in my early twenties now, but as a kid and teen I did Ice Skating on a very high level and it has been… rough. You need to train and improve or otherwise you are fucked. I’m not that generous and could be happy if others did better than me. No one has ever been with me too, it’s a given in this sport and it happened multiple times that others got to shine or were chosen to perform in important events even though you trained harder or way, way longer.

Keeping that story short, I simply can’t help but feel beyond miserable for the members who get less spotlight in this group. I hate it. I don’t know how the members can cope with how SM feeds them that unevenly that bluntly but I can’t. And I’m jealous towards all the stans, who get so much content from their faves in the group, who can make compilations of their faves lines, participation, etc.

I really wish, people wouldn’t come at stans who feel disheartened about their biases spotlight in the group. Yes, we know that NCT U is a rotational unit, we know Ten has been injured, we know there are also other members (and a whole lot of them, that’s why I’m worried), we know Johnny has NNN and so on. I’m just so tired of feeling like the pure scum of the fandom, simply because I just wish for my bias(es) to get the same amount of screentime like others. Is it really such a low and selfish wish?? Is it? I am sorry if this is annoying, you can always unfollow or even block me, but please don’t blame the stans for their disappointment, especially if you are not in their shoes ;;;

CUTE!!! this is such a beautiful premise and the writing is snappy and witty. the author definitely captures the essence of winil and i love it. like taeil is a werewolf and winwin basically has trouble buying him a gift for his birthday. it’s totally sfw and make sure to read!! the winil tag is real dry, so you gotta rEAD and APPRECIATE

GOOD SHIT…but tbh everything that this author writes is VERY good, especially her smut. go check it out if youre super into that!!

YOU NEEd TO READ THIS!!! this fic has singlehandedly sorta shaped the way i write winwin, because even though its smutty and good in that regard, it’s also a introspective look at winwin’s character in the story. Through the different sexual relationships he pursues, you get to examine so many different facets to a character. it’s gold.

The Long Way Home by caesureas

this is written really really well. like super well. like definitely read it because it’s sorta a realistic take on nct and post-nct life. It focuses on jaewin after nct has sorta ended, and while jaewin’s relationship is bitter sweet and sorta haunted by past experiences, there’s also a huge emphasis on life itself, and how it can break down a person’s ability to cope and interact. It’s good.
