Mangaluru : Civic authorities have re-moved a banner put up by a local Hindu organization leader at Surathkal , car rying pictures of Mahatma Gandhi’s as sassin Nathuram Godse and Hindutva icon V D Savarkar , following a com plaint . The banner was installed by Hin du Mahasabha leader Rajesh Pavitran , extending Sri Krishna Janmashtami greetings , police sources said .
