[COLOR BLOCK] It’s been a while since I last uploaded a new look and post it here. Obviously I wear makeup every day to work, but photographing said looks is a whole other story. Ever since last year I decided to take my photos with my Canon EOS 90D camera and I’m invested in upgrading my photography skills. As a mother, I find it extremely important to teach my children to be kind, openminded and respectful to others but also to speak up when they witness injustice. Alessia (my oldest daughter) does this every day in school and I’m so very proud of the person she already is today. . The impact of bullying is so much more profound today than in my childhood. When I was young and bullied at school, I could look forward to going home and have a safe space to recuperate. Today in the era of social media, kids that are bullied don’t have that safe space anymore, because the bullying doesn’t end at the school gate. .
